or affect it in any way.

conference is Women in Nuclear Global (WiN). It is a non-profit making association of women
who are working in different areas of application of nuclear energy and radiation. It currently
consists of around 25000 members from 107 countries around the world.

It comprises of women and men from 30 national and regions etc. They all are professionals of
fields like research, medical, health care, industry etc. They have common objective of
communicating with public in the matter of nuclear energy. Their main area of focus is
collecting information on nuclear energy and climate change and its effects on Earth.
This group is to hold 1st Women in Nuclear Global Conference in Middle East. It was special
because it is held with active participation of women in region where women do not have much
liberty.
Though this is 24th Conference but it is hosted first time in middle east. Under the vigilance of
Sheikh Fatima Bint Mubarak, Chairwomen of family development foundation ENEC has
announced to host the conference.
It will draw attendees from all around the world. ENEC is supporting this because it appreciates
the crucial role of women employees in this field and encourages them to do more. They are
working towards UAE's peaceful nuclear energy program. It is supporting WiN which is
encouraging women working in nuclear industries around the world.
AimThis conference is aimed at supporting the future nuclear leaders who will over watch the
activities of county's first Nuclear Plant in Barakah. It communicates with the public in the
concerned matter also.
