Setup, manage and teach classes

Manage online gradebook before and after

advisor, as needed

Roles and Responsibilities in an Academy


NetAcad Success Lead

Monitor performance and success of

academy periodically by using tools including


Academy Success Dashboard.

Motivate instructors for continuous

improvement of educational quality.

In cases where academy has demonstrated

success, share best practices via virtual


communities.

In cases where improvement is needed, plan

and execute appropriate remedial action


using resources such as Club NetAcad, as
well as guidance by ASCs and Cisco team.

Participate in online communities.
