Step 1: In this artwork, I can see a man who is holding a clock surrounded by so many hands that
pulling the object but he cant give up thats why we can see him he is with it. I can see also a lot
of woods I think, in his way. Hes not letting them to get the clock that hes holding just like hes
trying not to be with them .Thats my description in this object.
Step 2: The artist used less materials I think. Maybe he used only 5 different colors. My analysis
to this figure is that this situation happened already to the artist and he uses the clock to show
that his friends, etc. always persuading or calling him to have some fun maybe somewhere but as
we can see he is trying to pull himself so that he can use his time wisely. The artist drew also the

woods that show spaces, just like he always facing a lot of temptations that can hindrance his
goal in his life. He was wearing a mask also.
Step 3: The artist trying to get far away from them but they still pulling him and trying to get all
of his time. He was not happy in his life as we can see obviously because he wanted to be free
but still they were pulling him as if he was a prisoner trying to free from the cell. The meaning of
this artwork to me is this; as a student I have met a lot of friends and sometimes they are the one
who will bring us into danger. As in the picture trying to tell, I will not spend my time hanging
with them even it is not necessary. I will try to isolate myself IF I have assignments to do but I
will still also be with them if I am free. Dont let other control you, you yourself are the one to
have a choice and decision. Be strong in many instances that will bring you into harm or danger.
Step 4:
Realism: The artwork is good, this situation also happening nowadays especially for me as a
student.
Formalism: The work is successful for me, the objects, the shapes, lines its good.
Emotionalism: A part of it touched me, I mean the main event maybe like the situation that
surroundings influence you and not letting you to be free.

Modern Artwork

I can see a 3D painting that can attract people or can catch peoples attention
because of the uniqueness and creativeness. It give us a question on how they

started it and how they finished this big artwork even it is so hard to make this.
Maybe our first impression is that wow! Amazing!
