Teacher Induction Program

DCP E-Classroom, Valencia Central School, Valencia, Ormoc City

20 Newly-Hired Teachers (See attached attendance sheets)

Facilitators:

All School Heads of District VI (See attached Training Matrix)

Objectives/Agenda:

To induct the newly-hired teachers on their responsibility and accountability as

teachers;
To be aware of their professional and personal welfare as a teacher;
To inculcate in the minds & hearts the salient feature of the different subject
areas, the Child Protection Policy , Anti-Bullying Policy, etc.
Highlights of the Activity :
Started with an opening program to set the mood for the rest of the days
activities.
Followed by levelling of expectations.
Then discussion following the training matrix commenced given by assigned
school heads.
Engaging talks and activities with full participation of all participants.
Results/Output:
Post Assessment followed the synthesis of TIP implementation which resulted
also to the Pledge of Commitment of all the Inductees.
