Our journey started as an Angel Investor in year 2008. Our primary investment target
was in various start-up companies and some of it became very successful and public
listed. When bitcoin and other Cryptocurrency was introduced, we recognised the future
potential and we were the pioneers to purchase bitcoins and other cryptocurrency for
investment.
In 2015 we welcomed a new group of Cryptocurrency investors to team up with us and
formed an offshore venture capital company called Xegains Ventures. We decided to
invest only in High-Tech companies which accept Cryptocurrency for their business
transactions.
Xegains have created a unique online affiliate Venture Pool system where everyone can
become an investor. Our ultimate aim is to provide opportunities for everyone to earn
profits through Xegains Ventures. We welcome and value all our investors the same way,
whether they are Investor groups or individual Investors.

PAIRING PROFIT

To qualify for Pairing Profit it is compulsory to Introduce 2 Investors,

one on the left side (Ben) and one on the right side (Tom).
Pairing Profit for Venture Pool member is 10% and maximum daily
payout is USD1000.
Pairing Profit for free members is 5% and maximum daily payout is USD500
After calculating daily Pairing Profit, the balance value on the strong side
will be carried forward for the next day calculation.
For Venture Pool member, maximum pairing will be upgraded
to USD1500 after 5 times continuous flushing above USD1000 on the weaker leg
within the same month.. Maximum pairing will be upgraded further to
USD2000 after 5 times continuous flushing above USD1500 on the weaker
leg within the same month. This Qualification is permanent.

Additional 10% Sponsor Profit is paid to members who are able to sponsor new
members within 21 days from date of registration.
Fast Start Sponsor Profit is also paid real time.
Free members are also qualified for Fast Start Bonus.

MARKETING PROFIT.

Marketing Profit is for active members.

Additional 5% calculated from the transfer amount, will be added to Register
Wallet whenever Profit Wallet amount is transferred to Register Wallet.
Wallet transfer to gain 5% Marketing Profit is applicable only among members of
the same group.

VENTURE POOL PROFIT TERMS.
Sponsor Profit and Fast Start Sponsor Profit is calculated real time daily.
Pairing Profit is calculated after 00.00 hours midnight GMT.
To qualify for Pairing Profit it is compulsory to sponsor minimum 2 Investors,
one on your right side and one your left side genealogy 1 : 1.
Daily maximum Pairing Profit for Venture Pool member is USD1000.
Daily maximum Pairing Profit for free member is USD500.
After calculating Pairing Profit, the balance value on the strong side will be
carried forward for the next day calculation on daily basis.
For Venture Pool members, maximum pairing will be upgraded to USD1500 after
5 times flush USD1000 within one month. Maximum pairing will be upgraded to
USD2000 after 5 times flush USD1500 within one month.
Network Matching Profit is calculated daily from the income of all your Direct
Sponsor and from all level 2 members introduced by your Direct Sponsor

Monthly ROI Matching Profit is calculated daily and paid monthly, according to
Monthly Personal Sponsor Qualification.
Free members are not eligible for ROI Matching Profit and Network Matching Profit.

VENTURE POOL INVESTMENT.
Members who wish to Invest, repurchase in any of the Venture Pools must pay
minimum 50% or up to 100% of the Investment value to company.
Top up of members company wallet is done real time once the required amount
of Bitcoin or Ethereum is received by company.
Members are allowed to have multiple investment pool shares in any of the
Venture Pools they select to invest in the same account.
Anyone is allowed to join as free member. However all inactive free account will
be deleted after 6 months from date of registration.
Network Placement, Name, Payment details, and Email cannot be changed after
registration is completed.
Members are allowed to have one account only.
Members are not allowed to register directly with company. They have to register
by using the Username of the person who invited them.

WALLET TRANSFER PROCEDURES
The following Wallet transfer is allowed among members.
Profit Wallet to Register Wallet.
Register Wallet to Register Wallet.
Company Wallet to Company Wallet.
Profit Wallet transfer to other member Profit Wallet is not allowed.
Additional 5% will be added in members Register Wallet when Profit
Wallet amount is transferred to Register Wallet among members in the
same group.
Minimum amount is USD10 for all Wallet transfer.

WALLET WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE
Members are allowed to withdraw only from Profit Wallet.

Withdrawal from Register Wallet and Company Wallet is not allowed.

Withdrawal is on weekly basis. Cut- off date for withdrawal is on every Sunday 00.00
Midnight GMT. Members will be notified by email when withdrawal is made and also
when payment is completed.

Payment will be processed within 48 hours.

Members are only allowed to request for withdrawal once a week.
10% service charge is applicable on all withdrawal amounts.
Minimum withdrawal amount is USD50.
