OFFER OF APPOINTMENT AS BELDAR ON CONTRACT BASIS

In pursuance of Departmental Selection / Recruitment Committee

Meeting held on 17.08.2016 in office of the undersigned MR MUHAMMAD RAMZAN
S/O MUHAMMAD HUSSAIN CNIC No. 36303-6806614-9 is hereby offered an
appointment as Beldar against Direct quota in basic pay Scale No.1 viz Rs.(7640
240 14840) plus usual, allowance on contract basis for initial period of three years
from the date of joining, on the following terms and conditions as prescribed under
prevalent contract appointment policy 2004:1

30% of the minimum of pay scale as Social security benefit in

Servants shall also be admissible to this post.

Annual increment as per pay scale of the post.
You will appear before competent authority i.e. Medical
Superintending DHQ Hospital Multan / Khanewal for medical
examination and on having been declared medically fit you will be
able to join service by production of fitness certificate
The contract shall be initially for the period of 3 years from the date
of joining subject to the good performance
i)
The employer shall not pay any pension or contributory
provident fund.
ii)
You shall not contribute G.P fund
iii)
Your appointment shall be non pension able.
You shall not contribute towards Group insurance and Benevolent
Funds

Casual leave not exceeding 24 days per year shall be

admissible more than 10 days leave at one time shall not be
allowed.
ii)
Leave on medical grounds without pay shall be admissible on
production
iii)
of Medical Certificate by the competent Authority as per
Punjab Medical Attendance Rules 1959. However if medical
leave continue beyond 3 months your contract shall be liable
to be terminated.
Medical Facilities
Medical facilities as admissible to the regular employees of your
scale under the rules.
Traveling / Daily T.A/D.A as applicable to the regular employees of your scale under

Your appointment shall be specific for this post and non transferable.
You shall not under any circumstances claim any right for transfer
from one post to another.
This appointment shall not confer any right of regular appointment
not shall it be regularized under any circumstances.
You shall have to undergo essential training programme as may be
prescribed.
Your performance shall be assessed / evaluated on regular basis
keeping in view your efficiency and conduct as per provision of
contract appointment policy.
If at any stage, it is discovered that you had obtained the
appointment on the basis of forged / bogus documents of considered
to be void abinition and you shall be liable to refund all amount
received from the Government as a consequence of appointment in
addition to such other action as may be taken against you under the
law.
Recovery of any pecuniary loss caused to the employer by you shall
be effected from you.

You shall be liable to perform duties in public interest as may be

entrusted to you by the competent authority from time to time.
The interpretation of the terms and condition and the decision of the
competent authority in this behalf shall be final.
Your contract shall be liable to termination on one month notice or
on payment of one month salary in lieu thereof on either side without
assigning any reason.
You will not approach to any court of law against this offer of
appointment as well as against any decision taken by the appointing
authority in this behalf as and when required.

If you accept the above cited terms and conditions of the contract

appointment, please assume the charge of the post as aforementioned within 14 days
and forward joining report along with signed copy of this contract to this office, failing
which this offer will be considered treated as cancelled. He is posted in
