Net Total Price:

The total net price for the supply of above mentioned LG A/C units is to read as
SR.76,280,738/-.
(Saudi Riyals Seventy Six Million Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Seven Hundred
and Thirty Eight Only).
:

- All prices, without installation, include delivery from our

warehouse to site and does not include the unloading fees.

DELIVERY :

- within days/ months from the date of order confirmation.

PRICES

OR - Three months if stock not available at the time of

order confirmation.
- Material should be collected within two months from the
agreed delivery date otherwise (10%) charge will be applied on
the material total value.
VALIDITY: - .days from the date of this offer. Any purchase order received after the

validity date will require the company written consent.

PAYMENT: - Cash / Cheque prior to delivery.

OR - on account.
OR - % down payment is required with order confirmation.

OR

It is an unreimbursable payment. Balance prior to delivery.

- by letter of credit.

WARRANTY PERIOD:

- 7 years on compressor for the split & all unitary products.

- 12 months for the parts.

WARRANTY CONDITION:

- Inclusive of spare parts and maintenance charges for one year as of the date
of (invoice).
- The warranty includes the repairing of the manufacturing defects.
- The warranty doesnt cover the defect resulting from the natural disasters.
- The warranty doesnt include the defects resulting from the misuse.
- The repair under the warranty shall be subject to the decision of our company
upon examining the units.
The acceptance of our offer shall constitute an agreement between parties. The
conditions herein contained can be modified only by the company written consent.
Due to the change that comes from the factory the model reference mentioned above
might be changed by other reference with the same options and prices.
