AMENDMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Amendment is entered into by and between the following parties:

WHEREAS, the parties entered into a Contract of Lease on
____________ for the lease of the LESSORs real property located

WHEREAS, the parties intended to lease the property for a period of
five (5) years;
WHEREAS, in the Contract of Lease the duration of the lease was
mistakenly indicated as commencing on April 1, 2013 and shall expire on
April 1, 2017, thereby covering only a period of four (4) years;
WHEREAS, the parties agreed to amend the Contract of Lease in
order to reflect the correct duration of the lease
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing and
mutual covenants and stipulations hereinafter set forth, the parties allow
themselves to be bound by virtue of the following precepts:
1. Provision No. 1 of the Contract of Lease shall now be read and
understood as:
1. PERIOD OF LEASE. The period of lease shall be for the
duration of Five (5) years, commencing on April 1, 2013 and shall
expire on April 1, 2018.
2. No other terms or conditions of the above mentioned Contract of
Lease shall be negated or changed as a result of this Amendment.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have affixed their signatures to
