A New Town Square for Rolling Bay

Rolling Bay Land Company is pleased to introduce Sunrise Square, a new mixed use
eco-development on Bainbridge Island. Located at the intersection of Sunrise Drive
and Valley Road in the heart of Rolling Bay, the project will include 4100 sq ft of
commercial space, 6700 sq ft of residential units (both freestanding homes and
apartments), and a freestanding restaurant.
Sited on two pastoral acres in the center of town, the project will incorporate
state-of-the-art technologies with a focus on reducing energy and water
consumption by at least 50%. The design and performance of these systems will
be available to the public.
The demand and desirability of living on Bainbridge Island continues to be
extremely strong. Sunrise Square offers the opportunity to live and work in an
exceptionally-designed development in an historic, centrally-located neighborhood
that is within easy driving distance of all parts of the island.
