One (1) e-coupon is good for one (1) Php 200 - worth of SM Cinema Movie Card. The
terms of availing the SM Cinema Movie Card at SM Malls are indicated in the
physical card.
To claim the SM Cinema Movie Card, the Member must forward the following to
PhilWeb Customer Service: (a) Printed copy of the reward e-coupon and/or
Redemption receipt SMS from e-Games, (b) Photocopy of his/her Membership Card,
and (c) Two (2) valid government-issued identification card
The Gift Certificate will be sent to the Members nominated e-Games Caf 7 to 10
working days upon verification of the reward redemption and submission of all
requirements.

Terms of Reward Redemption

One (1) e-coupon is good for one (1) Php 200 - worth of SM Cinema Movie Card. The
terms of availing the Movie Card at SM Malls is indicated in the actual physical card.
To claim the Movie Card, the Member must forward the following to PhilWeb
Customer Service: (a) Printed copy of the reward e-coupon and/or Redemption
receipt SMS from e-Games, (b) Photocopy of his/her Membership Card, and (c) Two
(2) Valid government-issued identification card
The Movie Card will be sent to the Members nominated e-Games Caf 7 to 10
working days upon verification of the reward redemption and submission of the all
requirements.
PhilWeb reserves the right to invalidate a reward redemption transaction if the
mode of redemption does not comply with the procedures or when redemption has
been effected as a result of technical malfunction or any reason beyond the control
of PhilWeb Management. The players who redeemed will be subjected to internal
validation by PhilWeb and PhilWeb reserves the right to invalidate the redemption
transaction if players are found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the
promotion, as solely determined by PhilWeb.
Reward item must be claimed by the member whose name appears in the reward ecoupon as validated by the internal reward redemption records. Authorization
letters will not be honored.

A Reward item not claimed three (3) weeks after its reward redemption will be
brought back to the reward item pool and once again be redeemable in accordance
with the same processes and procedures.
Reward items are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash or to casino load.
Members participating in Membership Rewards Program agree to abide by all the
rules and conditions as published and amended from time to time by PhilWeb
Management.
The decision of PhilWeb Management on any matter shall be final in the event of
any dispute arising in the conduct of this program.
