With reference to the above mentioned subjecf we would like to inform you that subject to the
provisions of Section 13,6'1. and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 Clause
V of the Memorandum of Association of the company relating to capital be substituted by the
revised clause as given below:
V. The Authorized Share Capital of the Company is Rs. 11O000,000r (Rupees Eleven Crores
O.l9 divided into 11Q000,000 (Eleven Crores) Equrty Shares of Re. {- (Rupee One) each.
The alteration in the Capital Clause of Memorandum of Association has been approved by the
shareholders of the Company in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on
Safurday, 8u'October 201'6 to reflect the change in face value of each Equity Share form Rs. 10/each to ite. L/- each.

Copy of the altered Memorandum of Association has been enclosed herewith.
