attention and better respond to the communities needs.
The purpose of this task was to prepare the staff,
students and program participants for the evaluation
period. We examined the previous evaluations and noted
any errors we may have found or issues that may still
prevail. We suspect some parents may have been
confused with the scale system in the evaluation last
year. This is because quite a few parents gave positive
feedback, but negative answers on the evaluation. We
suspect they may have had the scale in reverse. We
brainstormed a way to eliminate this error.

2. I created a blurb for the newspaper that was
submitted to notify the caregivers of the FRP
evaluations and their value.
3. I printed copies of the flyers I made to be posted
around the centers to notify visitors of the
surveys and to motivate them to fill one out.
4. I edited the surveys and added happy and sad
faces to the scale to avoid any confusions that
may have occurred last year.
5. I printed and assembles 300 copies of the
surveys.
6. We previously established how many survey
copies will likely be required at each location.
Today I made packages with the correct amount

of surveys and flyers for each location.

modifications? If so, what were
they?
-What type of experience might you
plan to extend on this one?
Field Supervisors Feedback:

Overall, the process was long, but it went well. I got all
the tasks completed in the allotted time frame and we
are now ready to start the evaluation period on the date
we chose. I believe that with all the communication put
out before the evaluation period, we are set up for
success. I believe we will meet our required sample to
get an accurate representation for the OEYC. During
this process, I learned a lot about representative
sampling and the tedious process of preparing for an
evaluation period. I feel it has gone very well and next
time I dont believe anything could be done differently.
All the task were completed thoroughly and early
eliminating stress on the staff and caregivers.
