ADVERSE
REACTION
Prolonged administration of
KENALOG IN ORABASE
may elicit the adverse
reaction known to occure
with steroid treatment the
possible adverse effects are
usually reversible and
disappear when the
hormone treatment is
discontinued. In prolonged
treatment ,the following
adverse reaction which may
be enhanced by the use of
occlusive dressings have
been reported : impaired
wound healing ,reddish
patches , wheals and
thinning of the skin ,facial
eruptions ,striae,hirutism
,increased sweating and
acneiform eruptions.
Although signs of systemic
toxicity , such as oedema
and electrolyte impalance
,have not been observed
,this possibility still be
consider during treatment
with this drug .

disorder other than that for
which it has been prescribed
. patient with tuberculosis
,peptic ulcer ,or diabetes
mellitus should not be
treated with any
corticosteroids preparation
without medical
prescription. If local
irritation or sensitization
should develop ,consult
