ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

Preamble The objective of this interim report is to


communicate the manner in which coaching centers
are functioning and analyze their performances against
their objectives. In this report we can give over all idea
of how the coaching centers meet with its decided
scope, time management plan, with in decided cost and
how they manages the risk that occur in its coaching
centers. HR management includes all project
stakeholder and all related people in the project. So in
this report we have the detail knowledge of how the
coaching centre performs there different part
functioning.

SCOPE MANAGEMENT
Project stackholders:
Project stakeholder is nothing but all
people related to project. It contains the following
people:
Project sponsor: In this report the owner
is project sponsor. Example the owner is
anita Sharma.
Project manager: it can be head of staff,
or he works with the project sponsor.
Example the project manager is sanjana
Sharma.
Staff team: it contains all teaching , nonteaching staff. In non-teaching staff it
contains the electricians, hardware
repairing person.

ABOUT RISK AND RISK MANAGEMENT:
What is Risk?
A probability or threat of damage, injury, liability, loss, or any other
negative occurrence
that is caused by
external or
internal vulnerabilitites, and that may be avoided through
preemptive action.

What is Risk Management?


Risk management is the identification, assessment, and prioritization
of risks followed by coordinated and economical application of
resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability
y and/or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the realization
of opportunities.

Risks associated with our event and the measure to handle them:
1. Injuries: one of risk in coaching center is, if any one injured
or some kinds major accident like fire, car accident has occurs.
2. Ragging: ragging is also one of major risk. Ragging in the
sense any one student is hurt by any other student physically or
mentally.

3. Teacher management: Teacher management is one of risk in


which if any teacher leave the organization in between the
course completion so for that there should extra teacher in spars
take a lecture.
4. Subject teaching remains pending: one of risk is that, if
subject is not completed, so extra lecture may need to conduct.

ESTIMATION: COST
A cost estimate is the approximation of the cost of a program,
project, or operation. The cost estimate is the product of the cost
estimating process. The cost estimate has a single total value and
may have identifiable component values.

The coaching classes details for cost estimation are as

FIXED COST

1. Cost of project manager:


The cost for project manager which manages the project
related all activities.
Hence, for a project manager, the estimate cost will be as follows:

The cost for providing medical aid to children in case of emergency is
medical aid cost.
This will include the aid box cost + cost for appointing medical
practitioner.

This is the cost for all the staff members that are involved in coaching
classes . the staff in four are teachers ,one is teacher assistants, one is
project coordinator and one is hardware supporter.

Human Resource Management


Human resource management (HRM, or simply HR) is a function
in organizations designed to maximize employee performance in
service of an employer's strategic objectives. HR is primarily
concerned with the management of people within organization.

The people involved in our Human Resource team for organizing this
trip are:
1. Manager: The manager is responsible for organizing and
managing the classes. He is also responsible for allotting
staff who will be teaching which subject to which class .
2. Staff: The staff is responsible for managing the students in
different batches. Each staff is allotted 30 students to
conduct a lecture. There is a 1CR allotted who is a student
himself/herself for each batch from amongst the group.
3. Teacher assistant: The teacher assistant is the one who will
assist the staff allotted for each group and keep a track of
the activities and whereabouts of the students.
4. Hardware supporter: The hardware supporter is need if
there is any hardware failure occurs then it needs to
managed.
5. Project coordinator : the project coordinator is the one
which help in any software related problems.
