This study that intends to set up a new tourist attraction type of hotel business is not
just a firm that provides leisure and hotel services to customers but it also can entertain
and interact with its guest with its new and creative idea. Although it doesn't have
branches, it intends to gather visitors from all over the country and even foreign tourists.
Among the customers of the hotel, it is usually possible to find foreign and local visitors
that have similar interests in Marine animals like Marine animal lovers and marine
researchers.
Releasing stress is not that simple, but since the concept of business is water and
marine animals it can become easy. Based on study the oceanic blue, water, and fishes
are one of the source of stress reliever plus a comfortable room will become great

The location of the business will be in Maharlika Hi way Brgy. F. E Marcos, San
Jose City, Nueva Ecija in front of city municipal. The Mariner Hotel plans to build in this
area for better staying of our valued target customers and our cared aquatic animals.
The place is suitable for our business. The place has 1/4 hectares to build on the
Mariner Hotel it has a city hall in front of it that couple and our other target market hang
out, at the place it is also suitable for the travelers passing by and for drivers that
needed to stay at critical hours. This place is perfect for passersby because this site is
along the highway and many travelers and people go through here and this site is also
big enough to occupy the space for our aquatic animals and our customers so its easy
and comfortable to look at.

growth would be Mariner Hotel's growth as well.

June 2016, a business was built named Mariner Hotel. This is a partnership
business that has a concept of animals. Mariner Hotel was founded on an enduring
connection to the land and the communities where we do business. The Mariner Hotel
allows meeting and exceeding guest expectations of operational sustainability. It
focused on improvements and energy and water conservation at our properties and
innovative community. One of the major parts of their business plan was to promote
cleanliness of their hotel to growing groups of people that had become aware of safety
issues.
The partners are both from the rich family Mr. Ignacios father is the owner of one
of the successful super market here in the Philippines whoever Mr. Steffen family
business is Bank that already expanded and now it is a leading Bank here in the
Philippines and they decide to build hotel named Mariner hotel
