COMMERCIAL TERMS
1. PRICES: Prices quoted are net ex our works at G h a z i a b a d .
2. EXCISE DUTY: Shall be charged extra @ 12.5% on ex-works prices.

SALES TAX: Shall be charged extra @ 2% against form C.

PRICE VARIATION CLAUSE: The prices quoted by us are variable as per standard IEEMA FORMULA
without any ceiling. The base date will be as on 01/06/2016.

4. DELIVERY: As per your delivery schedule.

5. PAYMENTS: 50% unconditional advance alongwith technically & commercially clear Purchase Order
& 50% alongwith full taxes & duties before dispatch.

VALIDITY: Offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of offer. Beyond this date, Prices
shall stand to be Revised or Written Confirmation from our end is required.

7. PRICE ESCALATIONS: The prices have been quoted after taking into account prevailing discounted rates
of the items suppliers mentioned in Bill of Material as on the date of this offer. Any subsequent increase
in the rates of these items on account of price revisions or increase in taxes / duties / levies shall be
charged extra to your account.
8.

WARRANTEE: The equipments offered by us are guaranteed against poor workmanship, bad quality of
raw materials used and faulty design for a period of 18 months from the date of supply or 12 months from
the date of installation whichever is earlier or against any manufacturing defects.

9. INSPECTION & TESTING: Final testing of items shall be carried out at our works.
10. Form C or any other applicable form shall be submitted at the time of taking delivery. If the form is not
submitted then difference of Tax amount shall be kept as a deposit until we receive the Form.
11. FREIGHT: INCLUDED.
12. PACKING: INCLUSIVE.
13. OCTORI: Shall be borne by you.
14. TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE: The items are offered as per your technical specification provided to us
without any deviation.
15. VENDOR APPROVAL: Shall be in your Scope.

17. FORCE MAJURE: we shall be under no liability under any contract arising out of our offer wherever
fulfillment our and/or our sub-vendors or suppliers obligations are hindered or prevented by causes
beyond our/their control such as war, strikes, lock-outs, fire, accidents, epidemics, orders of
government or other duly constituted authority.
