INFORMATION
The undersigned City Prosecutor hereby accuses Jinggoy Revilla of the crime of
Homicide committed as follows:
That on or about the 5th day of October 2014 in Daet and within the jurisdiction of
this Court, the said accused while travelling and riding in a motorcycle along Maharlika
Highway saw Benigno Estrada, known as his mortal enemy, and did then and there
willfully, unlawfully and feloniously shot the latter by using a 45 Caliber handgun,
owned by him, thereby inflicting upon him a fatal wound which caused instantaneous
death.

INFORMATION
The undersigned City Prosecutor hereby accuses Jinggoy Revilla of the crime of
Frustrated Homicide committed as follows:
That on or about the 5th day of October 2014 in Daet and within the jurisdiction of
this Court, the said accused while travelling and riding in a motorcycle along Maharlika
Highway saw Benigno Estrada, his mortal enemy, and did then and there willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously fired his gun upon him, performing all the acts of execution
which would produce the crime of homicide as a consequence, but which nevertheless
did not produce it by reason of causes independent of the will of the accused and that is
the timely medical attention extended to said victim.

INFORMATION
The undersigned City Prosecutor hereby accuses Jinggoy Revilla of the crime of
Attempted Homicide committed as follows:
That on or about the 5th day of October 2014 in Daet and within the jurisdiction of
this Court, the said accused while travelling and riding in a motorcycle along Maharlika
Highway and did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously fired his 45 Caliber
towards Benigno Estrada, his mortal enemy, commencing the commission of the crime of
homicide directly by overt acts but did not perform all the acts of execution which should
produce the crime of homicide by reason of cause or causes other than his own
spontaneous desistance, that is due to the fact that he was not able to hit the said target.
