Dear Parents
We are going on an autumn walk on Wednesday 16th November, we will be
taking the children out of school, into the local woods to look at the
changes to our local environment that occur during Autumn.
The children will require a waterproof coat and wellington boots on these
days. Most children have already brought in their wellington boots, so if
your child has not, please can you do this as soon as possible.
If you would like your child to take part in the autumn walk please return
this consent form and make the foundation stage staff aware of any
changes to the medical form.
