Boko Haram. Any country can become successful to make better intelligence and military sector.
It means that military and intelligence department is the foremost important in the life of the
country. When the Nigeria takes the foreign help in order to military and intelligence then we can
assume that country fails completely. It means that it cannot counter the militant group. But on
the other hand, the particular group prevails in the society and on the political issues. It has
proven that it has become in the government at any time legally or illegally. But on the other side
when the Nigeria take the international help of the military groups then it has become able to
counter the extremist group. It means that Nigerian capacity to counter the attacks is very low.
There is a mush space in the military and judicial system to fill. If the Nigerian government

wants to become well equip then it has to fill the inability gap. But it may be possible after the
overhaul of the judicial and military system. But it has to keep in mind the intelligence issue
because its intelligence is very weak. If the government trains the intelligence then it can counter
the 90 percent attacks. But it has to face complex difficulties because of the lack of information.
It is a reason of low level of intelligence.
Methodology:
Literature material and experts discussion on the particular are the main sources of the
information. So, I collect the data from the literature and journals and discussion of the experts in
the magazines. I used the primary method to collect the data. Sometimes, I collected information
from the secondary method of information. I took the strength and weakness of the government
from the primary source. But the strategy of the military forces, I collected from the secondary
source.
Conclusions:
The attacks of the Boko Haram are very severe but severity depends on the strategy and tactics.
It means that the Boko Haram is a sound and strong extremist organization which attacks
successfully. It uses the soft and simple operational tempo. But it is not possible for the untrained
organization. The severe attack represents that it is the strongest organization financially and
trained operationally. It has become a great challenge for the administration of government and it
has become a great threat for the survival of the country. When any country becomes serious to
counter the problems then it can. Actually, if any country lacks the strategy then it has to face
many troubles in order to internal and external matters. Otherwise, the state has to rely on the
foreign help if it wants to counter the internal problems. The state should depend on the local
resources
to
counter
the
grievances.
