The SEC is seeking bright, innovative, results-oriented individuals for itsSpring 2017
StudentHonors Program for graduate studentsin the Washington, DCHeadquarters and
Regional O ices. We o er graduate students robust responsibilities and experiences that
enhance their potential careers. Over the course of thesemester basedprogram, students work
with Commission sta on projects particular to the specific Division or O ice to which they are
assigned. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in seminars/workshops, and
roundtable discussions that will provide detailed information and guidance on securities laws.

TheSpring 2017Student Honors Program for graduate business students will o iciallybegin
Monday,January 10, 2017and conclude Friday,April 21, 2017.

Duties
Graduate students will be assigned to work with SEC sta members on projects and assignments
that cover a broad range of the Commissions' work. That work depends upon the division or
o ice where the student works. Intern assignments range from supporting securities regulations
to assisting in professional administrative duties such as human resources, contracting,
auditing, etc. Students are required to work at leastpart-time (15 hours or more per week) within
the Washington, DC or Regional O ices but we highly encourage those looking for fulltime
volunteer opportunities to apply. For information about the opportunities and the work that
