Standard Operating Procedure for Training Process

1. Purpose

1.1 To ensure that each employee of CPMCBL undergo regular training.


2. Inputs

4. Process

Training

Training is imparted in the following ways -


a) Initial training
b) Refresher training
c) Need based training

a) Initial training

• New recruits are given intensive initial training as per CPMCBL training standards.

• They are also trained in general discipline, security functions, quality consciousness,
communication skills, human relation, motivation, fire fighting and first aid .

• Where required they are trained as per contractual requirements / specific to the
customer and industry as in form Induction Training R \ TRG \ ITR \ 01.

b) Refresher training
b
• Refresher training is given to all security personnel on a half yearly basis as per
CPMCBL training standards, to ensure their continuing skill.

• They are also trained in multi discipline / function activities.

c) Need based training

• Need based training are imparted to those security personnel for whom training needs
have been identified w.r.t skill matrix R \ TRG \ SMX \ 02 by Field Executives through
routine / night patrols in form for Training Need Identification R \ TRG \ TNI \ 03.

• The type of training could be an initial / refresher or a part of any of these w.r.t. the
need identified and an Annual Training Plan in form R \ TRG \ ATP \ 04 is maintained.

• On successful completion of the Training, a Training Record is maintained in form


R \ TRG \ TRR \ 05 and is evaluation is done after a months time and the report of
evaluation on training are recorded.
