3. Stamp Duty Charges, Registration Charges, Legal/Miscellaneous fee, Electric Meter & Connection charges, Fire Fighting Charges, External Electrification
Charges and any other infrastructure charges levied by the Government shall be payable by customer at the time of possession.
4. The above charges do not include Club Membership. The same shall be paid extra by the customer at the time of possession.
5. All payment to be made in favour of M/s Ajay Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. A/c Eros Sampoornam payable at New Delhi.
6. In the payment schedule Basic Cost includes Basic Sale Price (BSP) and Facility Charges.
7. One KVA Power Back-up is free but for Two Bed Room Apartment 2 KVA additional Power Back-up and for Three Bed Rood 3 KVA additional Power
Back-up is mandatory and shall have to be paid extra by the customer as per payment schedule.
