Executive Summery

A&G is a startup company of automated hair dressing saloon


introducing new technology for dressing hair. We are trying to introduce
easier, cheaper and faster way of dressing hair. In this company we are
trying to create a combination of peoples choice and technology. As it
is a technology based service we are trying to ensure best possible
quality as well. As a startup company we have to follow some strategy
to be established in the market and make profit. This report is about
our strategic plan. We are now at the prototyping stage of our

A&G is a young company in the startup phase. We are a motivated
team composed of young members of disciplines such as fashion
designer, beauty specialists, technologist product development and
international business operations.
A&G is a hair dresser saloon. We provide hair dressing services in a
new way. Our saloon is an automated one. We introduced technological
development in this service. We try to provide best possible service to
our customers within shortest possible time and cheaper way. We are
very careful about maintaining hygienic services. Customer health
issues is a vital component in our business.
