PROBLEMS: (SKETCH IF NEEDED)

When there was lack of DOL starter to operate the
vibromotor at crusher area due to that MCB used
to operate the vibrator and equipment used to
damage and availability time also gets reduced.

ANALYSIS:
After installation of DOL starter without holding
the life of vibromotor increased and availability of
equipment increased and choking of discharge
chute also reduced and feeding of coal to crusher
machine in normal way with great extent.

COUNTER MEASURES:
Installation of DOL starter at crusher machine
to get controlled operation of vibromotor
motor.

1. Down time to vibromotor at crusher will

3.Safe operation can be done.

BENEFITS: Equipment failure and damage can be

saved.

HOW TO MAINTAIN: 1.By proper maintenance of

DOL starter.
2. Doing CLIT and CBM monitoring.
