The author hails from South Africa, and it is crucial for each and every person
around the globe to know the national anthem of his country by heart.
The teachers and pastors need to play a significant role by taking time to
ensure that people around them know the national anthem.
I reckon it is pivotal that the national anthem should be sung at the school
morning assembly so that pupils can know the national anthem at the younger
and embryonic stage.
The inhabitants of each country would know themselves, languages, culture
and their identity.
This will introduce a great deal of patriotism that will ensure that each resident
will add value to their respective countries.
A culture of realizing that it is not about individual narrow interests, but broad
interests of the country will be inculcated.
The economic and social ills of crony capitalism, corruption as well as power
mongering will be dealt with one way or the other.

Foreword

It is paramount, vital and pivotal that as human beings we need to coin and
craft a fine-looking obituary about ourselves while our oxygen is still intact.
However, every time we wake up and execute our day-to-day chores, errands
and routines we are busy tangentially drafting our obituary.
It is therefore significant that we leave an alluring eulogy that would make our
surviving descendants, friends and relatives gratified.
It would be a magnificent source of comfort for all and sundry, in case the
legacy that we live behind is unprecedented, unmatched and eye-catching.
We need to be on the planet earth for accurate motives by contributing and
adding value to the populace.
Our lives are incomplete and piecemeal without transforming the globe. We
cannot depart to our graves with phraseology like: To be continued.
It is magnificent and masterly to reach the finishing line. Procrastination is a
thief of time! #Acta non verbae!
It is glorious to jealously guard against littering our memories with jail terms,
notorieties, murder and any other horrid indiscretion.
We need to create a culture of innovation and writing, instead of being measly
consumers.
I have made a pledge on the planet earth that I will leave no stone unturned in
ensuring that I leave novelties that the World will relish long after I departed.
I do not want to live an entirely parasitic and bloodsucking life that relies on
designs made by others without making an independent input.
However, invention is all about determining the needs of the general
inhabitants and design pragmatic solutions.
The natural and juristic persons all over the World are ravenous for fresh
inventions and written material.

It is our common duty to end the boredom in our delightful World by shedding
stagnation and sluggishness. We have to evolve each and every day of our
lives.
In the event a person leaves an input or value to the earth, then I reckon that
individual would sleep pleasantly and satisfyingly in his or her grave. There will
be no need for remixed life in the shape and size of ghost.
We should feel highly empty in case we retire to bed without any meaningful
and enriching influence on our significant planet.
I still accentuate that procrastination is a thief of time. In other words there
should be no room for adjournment of our action plans.
What is fundamental is to ponder about what are the necessities of our people
and manufacture solutions.
I pay homage to musicians because they would leave a lasting legacy to the
World and their descendants.
The children and grandchildren of musicians would continue to enjoy the
royalties of their musical parents.
We have to do soul searching and self-introspection of what can we do for the
globe.
It should not be what can the World do for us? It has to be what can we do for
the World?
Nonetheless, the relationship between us and the World is reciprocal. The
earth would also do something for us, but we should not sit on our laurels. We
should not expect to acquire solutions on a silver platter.
It would be paramount to protect your inventions by registering a patent,
copyright or trademark so that you can keep plagiarising vultures at bay.
However, it is alleged that the inventor of AK-47 semi-automatic rifle Mr
Mikhail Kalashnikov is benefitting nothing out of more than 500 million AK-47s
manufactured.

He failed, neglected and/or refused to register a patent in order to protect his

intellectual labour of coming up with this World renowned rifle.
This is a rifle that you can bury for years in the ground, take it out and do
praiseworthy work.
It is a mammoth pain and suffering to witness your intellectual property being
utilized without gain.
I welcome philanthropic gestures by our people, but we need to pay our bills
and those of our families.
However, philanthropy has to be between 5 and 20% of the net profits of the
company and/or inventions. It does not have to be volunteering 100% of our
intellectual property.
It is therefore splendid to embrace and implement the old adage of
Prevention is better than cure.
It is a sad reality that our pleasant World is infested with plagiary vultures and
scavengers who are ready to prey on other peoples inventions.
Moreover, it may be expensive to register patents, copyright and trademark
through legal experts.
Nonetheless, it is essential to raise the money to protect your intellectual
labour.
I know it is a herculean task, but you can resort to friends and relatives for
financial capital.
Remember, it is vital to keep your inventions private and confidential until
registration of intellectual property protection.
It is a catch-22 situation because friends and relatives may not help in the
absence of adequate explanation. This is a stage where you cannot be choosy
and selective. Beggars are not choosers. I recommend you can do even menial,
tedious and monotonous employment. It is important and key to use what you
have to acquire what you want. It is essential to regard what you have as
capital to attain bigger and higher profits.

It may be crucial to do any work provided you would be able to raise the
finances for much needed intellectual property.
At times it helps to do research about intellectual property, and see if you can
register on your own.
The law in South Africa allows natural and juristic persons to register
provisional patents on their own, but for the final patent the professional
assistance of a patent attorney is compulsory.
The intellectual property laws of all the countries in the World need to
introduce a great deal of affordability and accessibility for new entrants.
The current state of intellectual property laws is pregnant with exclusivism,
inequity and bureaucratic standards.

Mark Zuckerberg

However, if Mr Mark Elliot Zuckerberg did it, you can also do it! He (Mr
Zuckerberg) needs no introduction as he is an American programmer, Internet
entrepreneur, executive and philanthropist.
He is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and co-founder of social
networking website Facebook.
The author is grateful to Google for helping with the information about Mr

Together with his college roommates and fellow Harvard University students
Eduardo Saverin, Andrew McCollum, Dustin Moskovitz, and Chris Hughes, he
launched Facebook from Harvard's dormitory rooms.
The group then introduced Facebook to other campuses. Facebook expanded
rapidly, with one billion users by 2012.
Zuckerberg was involved in various legal disputes that were initiated by others
in the group, who claimed a share of the company based upon their involvement
during the development phase of Facebook.
In December 2012, Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan announced they
would give the majority of their wealth over the course of their lives to
"advancing human potential and promoting equality" in the spirit of The Giving
Pledge.
On December 1, 2015, they announced they would give 99% of their Facebook
shares (worth about $45 billion at the time) to the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.
Since 2010, Time magazine has named Zuckerberg among the 100 wealthiest
and most influential people in the world as a part of its Person of the Year
distinction.
It is portrayed and depicted that Mr Zuckerberg was faced with lawsuits but he
was not deterred to cross the finish line.
He outmanoeuvred and outwitted all the potholes, speed humps as well as sharp
curves that were instituted against him.
All the deleterious impurities and layers that were levelled against him
capitulated in face of defeat.
It is also significant to take a leaf out of the book of Mr Zuckerberg, especially
the youth who cry about unemployment and deprivation.
In the World that we are living in we are exposed to crony capitalism, nepotism
and favouritism that make it a daunting task to flourish.
In the space of inventions and writing the aforesaid heartless ingredients of our
society are limited, because your fate is in your hands.
The triumph and downfall of the invention as well as writing is not dependent
on bureaucratic captains that pollute our picturesque earth.

This dictates that our people should concentrate on creating novelties and
innovations so that they can be able to make a living while contributing
immensely to the World.
I have made numerous attempts and endeavours to meet South African
President Jacob Zuma, Mr Cyril Ramaphosa (Deputy President of South
Africa), Ms Lakela Kaunda (SA Presidential CEO), Ms Lindiwe Ntshalintshali
(Emalahleni Mayor), Mr Patrice Motsepe (South African billionaire), Mr
Gayton McKenzie (South African businessman and motivational speaker), Mr
Simba Marumo (South African former professional player and soccer analyst,
Mr Bradley Carnell (South African Premier League team, Orlando Pirates
assistant Coach) and Mr Mike Ntombela (South African former professional
player and soccer analyst) to no avail.
I did not want to meet them to acquire government tenders or money, but to
work in partnership with them in order to make a significant contribution to our
country and the World.
All I humbly needed to request from them is to open closed doors so that my
intellectual properties can come to fruition.
The contemplated commercial relationship could have been reciprocal as they
would have amassed millions for themselves, government and philanthropic
causes.
It pains me to realise that there are children in South Africa and all over the
World who go to school hungry.
It is very painful and aching to be an orphan. I know what it takes to be without
parents. You become a perceived thorn in a flesh by other people. When days
are dark friends and relatives are very few. All the people desert you if you do
not have a father and mother, especially if you are impoverished.
It is an open secret that if you are loaded and affluent you will always have a
crowd of friends and relatives behind you.
In case you are poor it is a different kettle of fish, and whether we like it or not
human beings have an element of materialism at times.
Nonetheless, there are people who are always ready and prepared to come to the
rescue of those who are in doldrums.
It is incumbent upon people to invent and write so that they can be selfsufficient as well as independent.

However, your inventions and books will parent you if you are an orphan. They
will keep you busy and provide for food on the table. Due to your own
inventions and/or books you will know where the next meal will come. The
direction will also help with the emotional healing process of lack of parents. It
is a mental trauma, pain and suffering to loose parents, especially a mother.
The mother of the author, Mrs Martha Mfulathelwa Sibanyoni-Ntuli passed
away in 2008 and the author properly healed in 2012. It was a high emotional
rollercoaster for the author between 2008 and 2011. It is true, time heals.
Unfortunately, the author does not know the biological father as he is alleged to
have departed the planet earth in 1989.
The late mother of the author together with his stepfather, Mr Plaatjie Ntuli, is
the people who ensured the proper growth and upbringing of the author.
The million dollar question is whether it is within our biological potential to
curb this mean ingredient of materialism or not. I am baffled and mind-boggled
whether this grimy reality is a psychological, biological or economic process.
I reckon we should comply with Proverbs 4:23 that stipulate that: Above all
else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.
However, those who do not guard their hearts and go astray are in contravention
of the word of God. This is irreverence and blasphemy of greatest proportion.
I collided upon red tape, bureaucratic standards and pulling him down syndrome
in my escapades to empower the World and myself.
I have realised that the aforementioned people are perhaps jealous about their
goodwill for the advancement of the World and me.
It is paramount for red tape practitioners to read Proverbs 3:27 Do not
withhold good to whom it is due if it is within your power to act.
I believe whoever contravenes this biblical scripture is cursing himself and
descendants, because God put them in those positions of authority in order to
help the communities.
All I needed from these people is to sit together in a table of brotherhood, sign
commercial contracts like: partnership agreements or joint venture agreements
or service level agreements in order to formalise commercial relations. The
author is well-equipped with the drafting of commercial contracts as well as
documents.

I told some of them that the inventions that I have are highly lucrative, and I am
prepared to contribute millions to children who go to school on empty stomach.
However, my pleas and requests fell on deaf ears as I never got any meaningful
endeavour to meet with me.
I was ready with applicable commercial agreements that I drafted in order to
surge forward, but I stumbled upon man-made hindrances.
It is very fortunate that most of my inventions are low-cost and lucrative. At
some stage I had to travel from Emalahleni to Johannesburg to meet Mr
Marumo after making an appointment directly with him, but he stood me up.
It was a wasteful expenditure for me as I had to use my hard-earned money to
travel.
He (Mr Marumo) did not bother to ask how much I spent to travel from
Emalahleni to Johannesburg unnecessarily and pointlessly.
He never even tendered an apology for the level of unprofessionalism and
inefficacy he meted against me.
I had high hopes that he (Mr Marumo) would come to my rescue and the rescue
of the World as we camped together in the stunning Milpark Holiday for the
South African Under 23 National Team.
We shared a room at the striking Holiday Inn, and he was very friendly at the
time prior to joining Italian giants, Inter Milan.
The government employees in South Africa send us back to forth. They are
seldom available on their work telephone lines. They hardly respond to e mails
transmitted to them. At times you would think they are ghost employees. It is a
tall order to get hold of government employees in South Africa.
They encourage people to register their companies on tender database, but they
do not acquire work.
It is only friends and relatives of the top brass of government who get
apportioned well-paid governmental tenders.
All these stumbling blocks encouraged me to surge forward, I then thought it is
paramount to write this book and copyright it.
I think in your quest to contribute to this wonderful World of ours you will
come across a great quantum of discouragement and stoppage.

The advice I can impart to you is to navigate through all these turbulent waters
the best way you can.
They probate and reprobate by preaching community development while they
do the opposite.
The famed faces you see on electronic media talking about their intentions of
development are at times sugar-coated damage control.
The picture that you see on media platforms, is totally different to the one
portrayed one-on-one. This is pathetic and lamentable piece of acting.
I salute and pay homage to those prominent people who genuinely practice what
they preach.
It is very difficult to be a Black person in South Africa as we suffered under
Apartheid and discrimination, and we are still suffering under the so-called
democracy.
However, those who are in power used us as a step ladder to the land of milk
and honey. They gave the poor masses a raw deal. We were hoodwinked and
deceived by those who wanted to seat on the pound seat for themselves. South
Africa must go back to the drawing board as Black people are still subjected to
abject poverty. They are in perpetual economic pain and suffering due to
political fakers in South Africa.
All I can say to the beautiful occupants of our wonderful land kneel down and
tell God about your frustrations and those who betrayed you will be cursed for
the entirety of their lives.
They fallaciously, flimsily and misguidedly think they are rich while they are
enriching themselves in curses.
During Apartheid for as long as you were White you will acquire economic
empowerment regardless whether those who were in White minority
government knew you or not.
White people empowered themselves regardless of lack of friendship, relation
or affinity.
In the current government you have to be a relative or friend of those who are in
power in order to acquire work. This is blatant, barefaced and flagrant crony
capitalism.

I reckon it is paramount that those who are in power should sign employment
contracts with anti-bureaucracy clauses.
Those who are guilty of red tape or pulling him down syndrome should be
dismissed from work as they are enemies of human and communal
development.
They are proponents of retrogression instead of progression and our
governments as well as conglomerates cannot afford to harbour economic
disasters.
The potholes, speed humps and sharp curves that we come across should
encourage us to navigate to safety. They should not be evils of discouragement
and disorientation. They should make us astute, shrewder and pragmatic.
I pencilled down a Radio Content Proposal to Metro FM Programs Manager,
Mr Anthony Soglo, on the 20th of May 2016.
I made plentiful and voluminous telephone calls asking him to respond to my
proposal.
On the 16th June 2016 he responded by signifying that at Metro FM they are not
in a position to alter the radio format, but that they will consult if they do.
However, from the 25th July 2016 they plagiarised my proposal and I e mailed a
complaint to Mr Leslie Nthloko, the Head of Radio at South African
Broadcasting Corporation.
I even directed courtesy copies to Ms Sibongile Mtyali (Metro FM
Manageress), Mr Hlaudi Motsoeneng (SABC Chief Operations Officer at the
time), Chairperson of Portfolio Committee of Communications and Postal
Services as well as Minister of Communications and Postal Services.
I did not acquire and attain a decency of receiving an acknowledgement letter
from all of them.
All I got is a deafening silence and muteness. In South Africa and elsewhere in
the World it takes one to be a have before being afforded audi alteram partem
rule.
In the event you are a have-not, you will never be taken seriously. This is
counterproductive and a bad day in the office for our beloved country and the
World.

The author is in love with radio broadcasting but every door he (author) tried to
open was shut in his face.
He (author) was invited in one of the radio stations as a guest DJ, and all the
radio staff members flocked into the studio to check the visiting radio
announcer. The listeners also phoned in and gave the author a stamp of
approval, but the said radio station was intransigent.
Now the author knows how to formulate a radio station, but did not pursue that
mission.
It is vital and crucial that if information is not in your mind, it has to be in your
fingertips.
We have to know where to acquire information in case we need solutions to
particular issues.
It is vital that the labour laws should be invoked against plagiarists and
fraudsters.
However, those senior executives who are supposed to take action, and fail to
do so should also be charged with dereliction of duties, gross negligence and
bringing their employer into disrepute.
The electorate should vote for people who have a history of magnanimous
human and communal development.
They should not vote for hyenas that are hell bent to embezzle the public purse
and indulge in crony capitalism. They are like mice on top of a loaf of brown
bread. What a caricature?
A thorough process of vetting should be conducted by the public prior to casting
a vote for a particular person and/or organisation. The media should highlight
the public about those who stand for office.
Nonetheless, the general public should subject media stories to thorough
dialectics. It is also the duty of media houses to bring to the fore correct,
balanced and equitable stories.
The media-related ombudsman like the press ombudsman should punish the
guilty parties with deterrent and corrective sentences.
It is an insult to your intelligence and the intelligence of the masses to vote for a
person who has a chequered past.

It is equally unorthodox and untraditional to vote for a political organisation that

has questionable credentials.
When you cast a vote you do it for yourself, family and the community at large
so that there is development, prosperity and proper service delivery.
In the event people are voted into office, and they deviate from their public
mandate of seamless as well as unpolluted service delivery, they should not be
re-elected. It pains the author to realise that the electorate is caught between a
rock and a hard place. At times there is no perfect, impeccable and flawless
alternative political solution.
Our talented and charismatic artists majestically brought down the spirited
Apartheid, and now they can be able to lead to the demise of crony capitalism,
bureaucracy and nepotism.
They can come up with the relevant lyrics and the accompanying acoustics. I
implore and request our talented musicians to sing about the predicament of our
own people under the so-called democratic government in South Africa.
However, the musical footprint of our venerated Hugh Masekela, Letta Mbulu,
Chicco Twala, Miriam Makeba and Brenda Fassie impaired the shackles of
segregation.
It is up to the new crop of talented musical performers to take the baton and sing
about the deficiencies as well as shortcomings of the current government.
The theatrical performers also have a duty to write and act in plays that would
depict the deep-rooted malevolence of the present South African regime.
The World-renowned movie Sarafina played a meaningful role in the demise of
Apartheid. Mr Mbongeni Ngema and other filmmakers should come up with
new movies that would depict the plight of African people under the current
unpleasant administration.
I also humbly call upon all the pastors to preach about the series of events in
governance of our affairs.
All South Africans from all walks of life must employ their diverse platforms to
expose the shenanigans, mischiefs and tomfooleries of the present regime.
It is painstaking to mention that I had the dream and nocturnal vision of our
African National Congress stalwart, Comrade Oliver Reginald Tambo turning in
his grave.

This transpired prior to the local government elections in South Africa this year
(2016).
Subsequently, the African National Congress (ANC) lost the major metropolitan
cities in the shape and size of Johannesburg, Pretoria as well as Port Elizabeth.
The ANC is a juristic person that depends and relies on natural persons to
accomplish its mandate.
The former is sparkling clean while the minority of the latter are not. I call upon
our people to rally behind the ANC as it will stand the test of time. This is the
organisation of extraordinary political martyrs.
If we cannot do it for the current leadership, can we kindly do it for our fallen
heroes who fought for our freedom, but never know the palatability of franchise.
We cannot allow a situation whereby the ANC lose the next general elections in
2019.
It is tantamount and analogous to cursing oneself to renounce and disown the
political formation of Comrade Solomon Mahlangu. We need to cleanse and
purify the ANC rather than jilt it.
It is only a few crooked, debase and corrupt individuals within the ANC that
soil the image of our treasured organisation.
I humbly request the branches of the ANC to save and salvage the formation by
being resolute in cleansing the organisation of unscrupulous leaders.
All the blemishes and discolorations created by some leaders within the ANC
need to be removed by the unwavering branches.
The more the branches become political fire extinguishers for feared and
dreaded leaders the more the organisation becomes drained of public support.
In its colourful, comradely and affable history the ANC was always filled with
brave, valiant as well as disciplined cadres. It is alien within the ANC to be
filled with cowardice.
It is lack of discipline to warrant unorthodox, untoward and unbecoming
practices within the beloved organisation without the concomitant checks and
balances.
It would be a perverting of justice for the branches of ANC to be silent and
noncommittal while the support is dwindling.

The mind-sets of the branches do not have to be adulterated with last-ditch

tenders, employment and/or deployment.
It is also critical and central that the leaders should step down if they have
overstayed their political welcome.
The ANC is not an institution of dictatorship, tyranny and political intolerance.
The emergent gulf between the ANC and our people was created by unpopular
money making schemes like the e tolls, taxation amendment bill intended to
permit government to manage the employment benefits of workers, corruption,
crony capitalism, nepotism, lack of access to leaders, state capture, Presidential
state finance capture, red tape, egocentrism, trust deficit etc.
I humbly make a clarion call to our political leaders (clean and contaminated) in
South Africa to scrap the e tolls and other unpopular decisions as well as
sincerely apologise to the general public for all malpractices.
The ANC should muster courage and request the current President Jacob Zuma
to step down prior to the next general election if they harbour intentions of
winning the forthcoming general elections.
Zuma is riddled with counterproductive complacency because he (Zuma) is
selfishly dribbling within the ANCs political 18 area.
The ANC is subsequently prone and susceptible to plethora political scores in
favour of the political opposition.

The President is digging his own political grave coined and crafted: Jacob G
Zuma RIP (politically).
The ANC has gapping goalposts because of the current President; we do not
have to duck and dive. Our political defence, if any, is highly vulnerable, porous
and leaky.
It is up to all the justiciable, reasonable and level-minded branches of the ANC
to take decisive action.
We have to permanently park sugar coating and damage control in respect of
the indecisions of the President.
There should be no one within the ranks of the ANC who should be permitted to
bring the ANC into disrepute.

The discipline and the constitution of the ANC should be applied without fear
or favour.
The branches of our beloved organisation have to be objective in dealing with
the Presidential conundrum.
There should be no room for personal vendetta. The President should be
deemed to be innocent until proven guilty in an appropriate forum of the ANC.
I think the ANC is suffering from a person or comrade who would take an
initiative against the President.
They are afraid of internal persecution and purge. They are scared that they will
eat grass.
They forget that they are omnivores, and that their skills and capacity will be
needed. Our country practices multi-party democracy, and in stating this I do
not abet our own comrades to defect.
The past local government elections was a wakeup call for our beloved political
leaders.
It would also be to the best interest of Zuma to resign so that a damage control
mechanism could be done for the general public of South Africa.
In case Zuma clings to power that would boomerang and ricochet against him
(Zuma) because in the event the Democratic Alliance, official opposition
political party in SA politics, wins the forthcoming national general elections in
2019, he (Zuma) would go straight to jail.
The DA wants to see Zuma in jail no matter the merits and demerits of the case.
It is abundantly clear that the public is no longer interested in Zuma as the face
of the ANC, and if he (Zuma) disrespects the popular wishes he would walk on
a plank.
At times I wonder if our President has political advisers. When he won against
former President Thabo Mbeki, in his victory speech he stated that if people no
longer need him he would step down. He is departing from his own
undertaking.
Comrade Zuma should not infuriate the electorate by overstaying his political
welcome. He is digging his own grave. Comrade Zuma should do the
honourable thing by stepping down because he wants to see the ANC winning
the national general elections.

It would be a mala fide, malicious and reckless gamble to face the national
general elections with Zuma as the face of the ANC.
It would be fascinating, refreshing and gratifying for the electorate to have the
ANC contest the national general elections under a new ANC president. The
said act would keep all political vultures like the DA and EFF at bay.
The more the ANC keeps Zuma as President the more they solidify the
opposition political parties.
This is tantamount and analogous to the ANC giving opposition political
parties ammunition to overpower the popular political movement.
However, my humble suggestion to the ANC is to disarm the opposition by
requesting Zuma to step down.
In this manner the opposition would run out of ammunition. This will be a
highly beneficial political detonation exercise by the treasured ANC.
The ANC must manage the Zuma political process professionally, measuredly
and amicably.
The organisation should not approach comrade Zuma with a big brother
attitude.
There is no one who is above the ANC, but comrade Zuma is a senior member
of the organisation and he must be afforded deserved respect, honour and
dignity.
The ANC should also assure Zuma that they will ensure that they protect him
from all 783 alleged criminal charges.
This is wrong in an open, free and democratic society that respects the rule of
law.
Nonetheless, The Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) was designed to
create political pardons for all Apartheid atrocities and crimes.
Then if the country went at length to pardon such grave and heinous crimes, it
would then be politically correct to also pardon Zuma.
He (Zuma) contributed immensely to the dawn of South Africa that we live in at
the moment.

It would be extremely diabolical to shun the quantum of contribution he made

in the current political dispensation and landscape.
In the ANC we do not need another EFF or Cope or UDM. This suggestion will
give the opposition political parties and media a field day, but the very same
platform they employ was made possible by the generous contribution of Zuma
to the Apartheid struggle, media freedom and constitutional democracy. Each
and every case should be judged on its own merits.
The author would like to accentuate that he is not encouraging and abetting the
commission of crime, but suggests a way forward for untenable political
situation in South Africa.
In addition, what the author states is a humble suggestion that is not cast in
stone.
The recalcitrance, obstinacy and obduracy of Zuma not to step down could be
borne from fear of criminal prosecution.
Thus the political solutions mentioned supra are architected by the author to
expedite Zuma political exit.
The branches of the ANC should be vigilant, wary and circumspect when it
comes to electing the next ANC President.
They should not elect a person with garbage of scandals, debacles and
calamities.
It is my humble submission that the current ANC deputy president, Cyril
Ramaphosa, should not be elected as the next ANC President.
He (Ramaphosa) has proven beyond reasonable doubt that he cannot be the next
president of the ANC due to what happened in Marikana.
The workers who perished in Marikana will still linger in the minds of the
electorate, especially Amcu, NUM and Cosatu members. The working class will
not vote for the ANC if Ramaphosa is president of the ANC.
He (Ramaphosa) and Motsepe are tokens of Economic Apartheid. They are
employed to fool us and the outside world that we (Africans) are economically
empowered whereas that is not the case. They are symbols that are designed to
undermine our intelligence and the intelligence of the outside world.

I have the right to express my unfettered views. I have the right to freedom of
expression.
These rights will not gather dust, I am duty bound to express the true economic
state of South Africa in order to liberate the masses from malevolent tentacles
of Economic Apartheid.
We make a clarion call upon the outside world to help our poor country from
this callous and unsympathetic South African economic system.
It is in order to pay homage and gratitude to the outside world for helping our
country to annihilate Apartheid.
In the light of the fact that they (outside world) managed to open their hearts by
assisting our poor country, we humbly request them (outside world) to also
support us to repeal Economic Apartheid.
The ANC cannot afford to lose the Presidency and governance of the country
due to unpopular choices.
The ANC will shot itself in the foot in the event the branches elect Ramaphosa
as the next president of organisation. The opposition political parties like EFF
will have a field day.
Another round of political ammunition would be at the disposal of the
opposition parties.
The branches of the ANC should appoint a president of the ANC who
commands respect of the tripartite alliance as well as the electorate.
The author holds in awe Mr Gwede Mantashe as he has impeccable record in
trade unionism as well as politics.
In the analysis and prognosis of the author Mr Mantashe is respected by the
members of the tripartite alliance as well as the electorate. He is the master of
his political craft. The ANC will win the next general elections if Mantashe is at
the helm.
The author is enthralled by the level of intellect and English thrown into the
equation when Mantashe talks.
In the event the branches of the ANC do not concur and vindicate the political
opinion of the author, then Mr Kgalema Motlanthe should be brought back and
president the movement.

He (Motlanthe) does not hold political grudges against anyone within the
tripartite alliance, including Zuma.
The elevation of Motlanthe to Presidency will not mean the hurling of Zuma
into penitentiary.
Motlanthe just like Mantashe has an impeccable trade unionism and political
background.
The disgruntled members of the ANC who left the organisation with Julius
Malema will come back to the ANC under Motlanthe. Malema mentioned the
possibility of working with Motlanthe.
The author was very fond of Malema while he was the President of the African
National Congress Youth League.
He (Malema) could have been the president of the ANC and the country one
day.
However, the lack of respect for the top six of the ANC led to his exit from the
organisation (ANC).
However, clean, untainted and uncontaminated governance should be
cultivated, nurtured as well as safeguarded.
The author was told by a reliable source that Dr Zweli Mkhize was brought to
Luthuli House to succeed Zuma.
However, even though he (Mkhize) is installed as the president of the ANC to
protect Zuma from criminal prosecution, he (Mkhize) is not a bad choice.
He (Mkhize) would do a sterling job as the president of the ANC and the
country although he is not as charismatic as Mantashe when it comes to public
speaking.
He (Mkhize) does not have a past rapport with the working class and trade
unions as compared to Mantashe and Motlanthe.
The author thinks he (Mkhize) is not the best bet for the ANC to win the next
national general elections.
In the humble opinion of the author Mr Mantashe or Motlanthe are the best
political candidates to save the skin of the ANC in the next national general
elections.

Our other political martyrs like Comrade Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela, Walter
Sisulu, Solomon Mahlangu, Chris Hani, Joe Slovo, Joe Modise and Steve Biko
are turning in their graves because their fight for social and economic
emancipation is in vain. All I know is that their tears in their graves will not be
in vain.
This is not South Africa that they sacrificed their lives for in so many years of
Apartheid struggle.
It is painful and agonizing that the economic wealth of the country is still
wielded by the minority.
All these will never deter me, but instead I will navigate fresh ways and modus
operandi to ensure that I make a significant contribution to our terrific country
and the World.
It is high time that we should not rely on government and individuals for our
own prosperity as our World is filled with heartless and malicious inhabitants.
We have to explore ways and means to overtake the red tape and bureaucratic
standards levelled against us.
It is very important to stop capitulating and succumbing to all pull him down
syndromes directed against us.
Every person on earth has a specific calling to fulfil and accomplish, and it
would be a disservice to leave your calling to ruins or tatters.
In the event you do not know what your calling is, you can ask God for answers
by kneeling down and praying. The Almighty will furnish you with a divine
reply.
The Almighty created us for a specific purpose, and He can tell us the details
through nocturnal visions.
It is not easy to come face to face with our Creator and Maker. You would do
hapless and unfortunate gestures like covering yourself with a blanket.
However, as Black people in South Africa, we suffered under the unkind
tentacles of Apartheid, and we continue to suffer under the so-called
democracy. Our economic and social pain is in perpetuity.
Our bright future is in our hands, and we have to use our brains to propel our
own success and prosperity.

We do not need fish from those who are in the forefront of economic terrain; all
we need is equal and unfettered opportunity. We need a levelled playing field.
It is paramount that all red tape, bureaucratic and pulling him syndrome
practitioners should be named and shamed.
However, it cannot be economically, politically and socially right for a person
to supress another.
Those who practice the ills and impurities mentioned supra should be
blacklisted so that they cannot acquire other opportunities (commercial,
employment and otherwise).
I guarantee all these proposed measures would play a significant role in
curtailing retrogressive patterns like red tape.
All that is transpiring in the World is not a true and genuine reflection of the
series of events.
I congratulate all those countries and teams that won accolades at the local,
continental and World stage. Nonetheless, the results may not be the correct
reflection of the outcome as a young man or woman in the lower ranks may
have been a victim of red tape.
In case the poor man or woman could have been accorded unencumbered and
equivalent break he or she may have transformed the outcome of the results.
This is another form of match-fixing that could be thrown into the equation. He
or she may also have won the World Footballer of the year.
I went to former Orlando Pirates training grounds at Megawatt Park in
Sunninghill, Johannesburg, South Africa.
I amazed and astonished the late Orlando Pirates Assistant Coach Mr Ronald
Mkandawire with ball skills.
I rounded the whole Megawatt soccer ground playing with a tennis ball without
touching the ground.
I would utilise all the bodily parts like the head, knee and heels without the
tennis ball touching the ground.
I was friends with the tennis ball hence it heeded all the calls I made. I made the
music and the tennis ball danced to it.

It is high time for young players to harness their ball control skills by
befriending themselves with a tennis ball.
When parents send you to go and buy bread, take the tennis ball with you and
create music.
The youngsters must sleep, talk, walk, sneeze and breathe a tennis ball, and I bet
their ball skills will surpass those of talismanic Lionel Messi as well as magical
Cristiano Ronaldo.
They will one day collect the prestigious and esteemed Ballon dOr. I beseech
them to be addicted to a tennis ball, and they will be the finest footballers to
grace our soccer diamonds.
Nonetheless, youngsters need to be mindful of motor vehicles and other road
users when playing with tennis ball. They also have to be attentive and wary of
the windows.
I have never broken a window when I played with the tennis ball to develop and

At the time the Head Coach of Orlando Pirates was the late Shaibu Amodu, and
I requested him to sign me.
He (Amodu) referred me to the management of Orlando Pirates to sign me, and
I said to him: Coach the management does not know me and my soccer skills.
Kindly take me to management if you harbour any intentions of signing me.
Ironically, he (Amodu) retorted: You South Africans do not understand
football. I called it quits because he (Amodu) took me for granted.
I guarantee there are extremely talented players who were victims of red tape,
and who would have an impact in the current landscape of tournaments locally,
continentally and globally.
The status quo should be changed, all and sundry should do self-introspection to
gauge whether they are practising the dreadful pull him down syndrome.

I salute and revere former South African national team and Orlando Pirates
player Dumisa Ngobe and Joseph Ngake as they were cooperative at the Bucs
camp.
Ngobe would encourage and abet us (trialists) to play with the ball to impress
the coach while the senior team is practising separately.
Ngake used to protect me so that I can climb up the Pirates bus destined to
Megawatt Park Training Grounds from inner city Johannesburg.
In addition, the late Orlando Pirates midfielder Clifford Moleko was very
supportive, kind and compassionate.
The honourable chairman of Orlando Pirates, Dr Irvin Khoza, was very
supportive at Pirates.
He (Khoza) asked me where do I stay, and I made a blunder by telling him that I
stay around Johannesburg.
I reckon he (Khoza) asked that question with an intention of helping me with
accommodation so that I can be nurtured at Pirates.
I would have one day donned the famous colours of Pirates one of the
aristocrats of South African football.
However, the late Mamelodi Sundowns right back, Samuel Nkambule also
advised me to abstain from girls and alcohol after witnessing my football
artistry.
However, our Chappies Little League under 12 team lambasted Mamelodi
Sundowns under 12 team at HM Pietje Stadium in Mamelodi, South Africa.
May the Almighty God be with Khoza, Ngobe, Ngake, and all the people who
added value to my livelihood.
Another hateful and evil player at Pirates was Andries Sebola as every time we
played with the ball to showcase our skills to the coach, Sebola will take the ball
from us.
I reckon he (Sebola) was scared that we will take his position at Pirates as he
was languishing on the bench.
Nonetheless, maybe Lady Luck was not on my side as I never made it into
professional set up.

At some stage my team squared up against Witbank Aces reserve team, and
Aces was highly impressed and wanted to sign me.
The transaction was blockaded by my White teammates as they never wanted to
part ways with me.
At Kaizer Chiefs Neil Tovey and Brian Baloyi were stars that were very
humble, supportive and acceded to taking pictures.
The late Thabang Banda Lebese was very arrogant, uncooperative and
egocentric as he refused to the taking of pictures.
He was driving a superlative German automobile BMW 325ci and I was a
young poor pedestrian who loved what they did on the soccer pitch.
It is an honour and privilege as a young person to have unique, idiosyncratic as
well as novel pictures of the soccer stars you hold in awe.
A few years down the line, he became a man of straw. In 2006 I came across
him (Lebese) in Johannesburg walking, and I was driving a brand new Audi A3.
He gazed and starred at me until I vanished. One heart said to me stop and
remind him (Lebese) about what he did to me at Naturena Chiefs Village.
Another heart dictated that I should just walk away. I adhered to the latter by
driving away.
I have decided to coin and craft this book, publish it and for that I do not need
government or individual favours.
It is in order to take this opportunity and thank ITunes for giving all and sundry
the chance to express their God-given talent and make a living at the same time.
However, by doing this ITunes has shredded red tape and bureaucracy into tiny
pieces.
I thank all the people who blockaded my way to success and prosperity, because
they made me a better person. Let bygones be bygones!
I have subjected all the troubles they threw into my path to dialectics, and now I

Chapter 2
Brian Acton and Jan Koum

WhatsApp Inc. was founded in 2009 by Brian Acton and Jan Koum, both
former employees of Yahoo!.
After Koum and Acton left Yahoo! in September 2007, the duo travelled to
South America as a break from work.
At one point they applied for jobs at Facebook but were rejected. For the rest of
the following years Koum relied on his $400,000 savings from Yahoo!
In January 2009, after purchasing an iPhone and realizing that the seven-monthold App Store was about to spawn a whole new industry of apps, he started
visiting his friend Alex Fishman in West San Jose where the three would
discuss "...having statuses next to individual names of the people," but this was
not possible without an iPhone developer, so Fishman introduced Koum to Igor
Solomennikov, a developer in Russia that he had found on RentACoder.com.
Koum almost immediately chose the name "WhatsApp" because it sounded like
"what's up", and a week later on his birthday, on February 24, 2009, he
incorporated WhatsApp Inc. in California.
However, early WhatsApp kept crashing or getting stuck and at a particular
point, Koum felt like giving up and looking for a new job, upon which Acton
encouraged him to wait for a "few more months".
In June 2009, Apple launched push notifications, letting developers ping users
when they were not using an app. Koum updated WhatsApp so that each time
the user changed their statuses, it would ping everyone in the user's network.
WhatsApp 2.0 was released with a messaging component and the active users
suddenly swelled to 250,000.
Koum visited Acton, who was still unemployed while managing another start up
and decided to join the company.
In October Acton persuaded five ex-Yahoo! friends to invest $250,000 in seed
funding, and as a result was granted co-founder status and a stake. He officially
joined on November 1.
After months at beta stage, the application eventually launched in November
2009 exclusively on the App Store for the iPhone.

Koum then hired an old friend who lived in Los Angeles, Chris Peiffer, to make
the BlackBerry version, which arrived two months later.
WhatsApp was switched from a free to paid service to avoid growing too fast,
mainly because the primary cost was sending verification texts to users.
In December 2009 WhatsApp for the iPhone was updated to send photos. By
early 2011, WhatsApp was in the top 20 of all apps in Apple's U.S. App Store.
In April 2011, Sequoia Capital was the only venture investor in WhatsApp and
paid approximately $8 million for more than 15 per cent of the company in
2011 on top of their $250,000 seed funding, after months of negotiation with
Sequoia partner Jim Goetz.
By February 2013, WhatsApp's user base had swollen to about 200 million
active users and its staff to 50. Sequoia invested another $50 million, valuing
WhatsApp at $1.5 billion.
In a December 2013 blog post, WhatsApp claimed that 400 million active users
use the service each month.
As of April 22, 2014, WhatsApp had over 500 million monthly active users, 700
million photos and 100 million videos were being shared daily, and the
messaging system was handling more than 10 billion messages each day.
On August 24, 2014, Koum announced on his Twitter account that WhatsApp
had over 600 million active users worldwide.
At that point WhatsApp was adding about 25 million new users every month, or
833,000 active users per day.
With 65 million active users representing 10% of the total worldwide users,
India has the largest number of consumers.
The author expresses his gratitude to Google for supplying information about
Mr Acton and Mr Koum.
These are great examples of innovations that made a colossal, massive and
elephantine difference in the modern lives.
They should serve as an enormous source of encouragement to create new and
modern inventions that can make the World a great place to inhabit.

It does not take to be a rocket scientist to create inventions on the planet earth. I
am not a computer programmer or internet entrepreneur, but that cannot deter
me from making originations in other fields or terrains.
The World is our oyster because it has a plethora of opportunities at our
disposal.
I concur and vindicate the point that there are bureaucratic standards levelled
against us, but we can overcome them.
Mr Acton and Koum applied for jobs at Facebook, but their applications were
unsuccessful.
The latter was unfazed as this set back spurred him on to formulate Whatsapp,
Inc, and it became a multibillion commercial participant.
Ironically, the very same Facebook that rejected the job applications of the duo
bought Whatsapp for $19 billion.
I think Facebook is licking its wounds as it would have been cheaper to acquire
Whatsapp, if they hired the founders.
I call upon all job applicants who were rejected by their potential employers to
give the latter the best taste of their own medicine by flourishing with
inventions as well as writing.
This should encourage others to continue to fulfil and accomplish their dreams
even if the odds are stacked against them. They should make their detractors
and rejecters eat humble pie.
I long for the day when there would be Anti-Red Tape Radio and Television
Features that tackle the Pull Him Down Syndrome by the scruff of the neck.

A more detailed definition has been given as, the deliberate or reckless

attribution in connection with submission of academic work, whether graded or
otherwise. What is key in both definitions is the use of anothers work and the
lack of attribution.
Plagiarism appears to raise an ethical issue as opposed to a legal one with
educational institutions being so averse to it that it has resulted in harsh
disciplinary measures being taken against those found to have engaged in it.
Academic institutions in dealing with this have not spared even professors.
For instance, Marks Chabedi, a professor, plagiarized Kimberly Lanegrans
work and submitted it as his own work. Upon discovery, he was fired from his
professorship and his Ph.D. was revoked.
This is just one example of the adverse impact plagiarism can have on a
persons reputation.
Unfortunately it has become the norm rather than the exception. Noting that
plagiarism involves the use of anothers work, it is important to distinguish it
from copyright infringement.
This is because copyright is the legal term used to describe the right that
creators have over their literary and artistic works which include books, music,
paintings among others.
The Kenya Copyright Act provides for instances where copyright infringement
is said to arise.

It is important to note that a copyright shall be infringed by a person who,

without the licence of the owner of the copyright- (a) Does, or causes to be
done, an act the doing of which is controlled by the copyright; or (b) Imports, or
causes to be imported, otherwise than for his own private or domestic use, an
article which he knows to be an infringing copy.
When it comes to copyright infringement, since it is a right that is protected
under statute, a copyright holder can sue for its breach.
An example of this was in the Kenyan case of JOHN BONIFACE MAINA v
SAFARICOM LIMITED [2013] eKLR in which the Court found that the
plaintiff had copyright to his recording which the defendant was offering to the
public for a profit.
It therefore granted him an ANTON PILLER ORDERS to ensure that his
statutory rights of copyright were salvaged at that point of trial since it must
preserve vital evidence necessary during trial.
In view of the above, we see that the type of works that are capable of being
plagiarized are also capable of being protected by copyright and hence can be
infringed.
Despite this similarity some few differences may be noted between the two.
Firstly, for there to be copyright infringement the plaintiff must illustrate that
their work is protected by copyright.
This requirement does not attach to plagiarism. Secondly, in respect of
copyright, if a person has permission to use the work then he cannot be liable
for copyright infringement.
With plagiarism, the only consideration is whether or not there is an
acknowledgement of the author.
Therefore, a person may have permission to use anothers work but if they do
not acknowledge the author and present it as their own idea then one is liable
for plagiarism.
Thirdly, with copyright infringement a person has recourse to legal remedies but
this is not the case with plagiarism.
Lastly, it has been said that whereas copyright infringement is a construct of the
law, plagiarism is a construct of ethics.

It would be in high demand all over the World, and I reckon I have given
accounting and computer program students food for thought.

The accounting end product would be your lasting legacy, and it would be
talked about at your funeral.
It would bring billions for you, and you can also register a fideicommissary trust
in respect of it so that there is no descendant who can sell the intellectual
property.
Your descendants would be entitled to the proceeds of the accounting
invention without a right to alienate it.
It is correct and proper to be remembered as inventors rather than armed
robbers.
It is noble to strive to be a better person every day. We do not have to be
stagnant and motionless.
Nonetheless, the quantum of red tape and squalor circumstances thrown at

I do not condone crime, I detest crime, I have no criminal conviction, but

The author has transmitted numerous proposals to South African government
to earn a living in a noble and lawful manner, but all the doors were shut in my
face. The author also directed lucrative, sustainable and lasting business
proposals to South African corporate citizens. The answer that the author
acquired was predictable no.
What option is government and companies giving us? In the event a person is
hungry he will do all that is necessary to feed himself and his family, including
but not limited to monetary crime. Those who have glass houses must not
throw stones.

It is highly clear that our treasured country is still gripped by a new form of
Apartheid (Economic Apartheid).
It is incumbent upon all African people in South Africa to create their own
inventions so that they can circumvent the devastating effects of this form of
Apartheid.
All African people from all facets should write and invent in order to earning a
living as well as transform lives.
I call upon and encourage prison inmates not to hollow in grief, torment and
anguish.
They (prisoners) should write and invent while they are still in prison so that
they can be thoroughly rehabilitated. It would be beautiful to create economic
and literary wealth while inside prison. I reckon it will help when a prison
inmate applies for parole.
The prison inmate will also happily re-join the society as a wealthy inventor
and/or writer. There will be no arrears in life. However, one way or the other
the prison inmate will keep pace with those who are outside. At times the
prison inmate will overtake the outside idle sluggards.
It is also incumbent upon students from primary, secondary and tertiary
institutions to abate damage to academic as well as other public infrastructure.
They (students) should dwell upon writing and inventing instead of inviting
criminal charges as well as previous convictions.

In the World that we live in the employers are hiring employees that do not
have previous convictions.
It is therefore paramount that they should not render themselves
unemployable and useless.
You will live a life of a blacklisted person, and it is not a bed of roses. The

It is therefore essential for students to desist from ruining and tarnishing their

surname to the child.

children.

erroneous family name, you are not meting out castigation to the father.
The punitive missile is misdirected and misapplied as it targets the poor child.
However, it is sad that our African brothers and sisters are underestimating the
supremacy of the surname.
We have to do justice to our children by laying down an appropriate platform
so that in case they fail, they cannot put the blame at the parental doorstep.
A person does not need millions in order to write and/or invent. However, the
innovative companies like ITunes have made it possible to sell published
material, films, albums, single tracks in more than 180 digital stores Worldwide. You dont have to be sent from pillar to post in order to do the aforesaid
professional services.
This commercial modus operandi has curtailed the space for crony capitalism,
corruption and bureaucratic standards.
It is essential to make writing and invention as our hobbies rather than drugs,
crime and grubby deeds.
It is paramount that taxi drivers should write and invent while they wait to load
up at the taxi terminus.
They can utilise their wages as a base salary while moonlighting by writing
and/or inventing.

minority in South Africa is a ticking bomb for anarchy.

South Africa is non-negotiable.
We give credit to all the political martyrs who laid down their precious lives for the unpretentious and
multifaceted emancipation of all the people in South Africa and globally.
Comrades Solomon Mahlangu, Chris Hani and Steve Biko did not sacrifice their valuable lives for what
is transpiring at our cherished South Africa.
However, they fought for authentic economic, political and social freedom for all South Africans
irrespective of colour, creed and ethnicity.
In fairness, all these freedoms and liberties are interrelated to each other like Siemens twins or
triplets.
In the South Africa that we live in the Black men and women are still subjected to malnutrition,
economic inequality and bottlenecks.
The imperialists who colonized the land of our forefathers are living lavishly, affluently and
abundantly.
Ironically, they own banks and industries that were supposed to be owned by poor Africans from
South Africa.
They are in the forefront of our own economy, and we are compelled to occupy the backseat of our
own economy.
Our country is practicing mixed economy, and it is plausible for banks to either behave by financing
Black businesses or else a new Bank Act that would put Banks in state ownership should be legislated.
It is pivotal that all people, churches, universities, schools, crches, unions, and community
organizations should join a march themed #Abolish Economic Apartheid in South Africa.
Its vital to be remembered as a homo sapien who played a role in the economic transformation of all
the people, instead of being an idle sluggard.

The world must know that in South Africa the White minority is still exposed to higher economic
privileges while majority Blacks are reduced to doormats by SA businesses and government. It takes
to be White in South Africa to acquire lucrative mining and corporate tenders.
This vice versa economic syndrome needs to be reconfigured by mining and corporate institutions
mero moto; otherwise the Black populace will be instigated to take to the streets.
It is vital to beseech our law enforcement agencies to conduct themselves within the parameters and
confines of the law as well as the constitution of the country in areas of mass protestations.
It is equally critical to encourage our people to protest while honouring the rights of others and their

communities are living under squalor conditions.
Our people need to march against the Chamber of Mines and present a memorandum imploring the
mining companies to implement their SLP or face revocation of their mining exploration and digging
rights.
This is daylight robbery by the filthy, sordid and grubby captains of the industry. A stop needs to be
created by the masses.
I call upon all Black South Africans to call upon the ancestors to mete out punishment against the
enemies of economic transformation.
It is vital that the forefathers should intervene in this Economic Apartheid waged against our own
people.

African people have their own way of communicating with ancestors, and we
need to tell them about our plight and who perpetrates it. The author
apologizes to those who feel offended by his statements pursuant to their
belief, but we cannot suppress the truth.
I respect, venerate and honour our diverse believes, cultures and identities. We
do not have the right and entitlement to vilify other peoples beliefs, cultures
and languages. We have to agree to disagree.
We have diverse believes, and I reckon those who believe in God should pray and request the Almighty
to judge and mete out sentence against those who provide unsavory oxygen to Economic Apartheid.
However, those who believe in Allah should also follow suit.
The Economic Apartheid Practitioners are cursing themselves, their children and generations.
They are enriching themselves in curses rather than true economic wealth. Izinyembezi zethu
angeke ziwele phansi, it means our tears will not fall in vain. Each drop has a
punishment for the sins of Economic Apartheid.

In Zulu they say akukho qili elazikhotha emhlane, literally it means there is no
thug that can lick his own back. It means each indiscretion and indecision has
its own punishment.
The Black people of South Africa as well as sympathetic Whites should no
longer permit this Economic Apartheid to divide our nation.
All concerned South Africans and internationalists need to pen down their
dissatisfaction with guilty banks as well as companies by leaving their
unequivocal messages at the reception area of banks and companies.
They need to bombard guilty banks and companies with everyday telephone calls to express
dissatisfaction with Economic Malpractices.
There would be marches to demonstrate against minority White Economic
Supremacy in South Africa.

I did this after realizing that all the doors of economic opportunities for African
people are closed.

The only few African people who are prosperous in South Africa are those that
are connected with governmental top brass. They are the minority passengers
of the gravy train.
However, the masses of African people in South Africa are still poor, destitute
and impoverished.
We are sent from pillar to post by government appertaining to state
opportunities. The tenders are advertised on print media as a mere academic
exercise.
The owners of those advertised tenders are the top brass of the ANC-led
government.
They allot those tenders to close friends and relatives of the senior ANC
leaders, and this is not what the ANC political martyrs died for.
What is happening in South Africa is a far cry from what comrades Chris Hani,
Solomon Mahlangu, Walter Sisulu, Oliver Tambo and Joe Slovo stood for. What
we see in current South African political formations are power mongers,
financial hyenas and red tape practitioners.
The author gives credit to those who are in politics in South Africa not for
narrow interests and self-enrichment.
A man that I know registered a company, and I helped him with all the paper
work, including but not limited to company profile, database registration,
filling of tender documents.
I also helped him to register on the database of the South African Police
Services (SAPS).
The SAPS database registration process is fraught with irregularities and
maladministration.
There are heaps of database registration applications by poor African people,
and they are deliberately ignored and neglected.
I reckon those government officials who neglect their duties should be charged
with dereliction of duties, gross negligence and bringing the SAPS into
disrepute.
However, those senior government officials who fail, neglect and/or refuse to

invoke the South African labour laws against guilty employees, they should
themselves be charged with the aforesaid charges.
The poor Africans in South Africa wait for months before their companies could
be registered on the database of government departments.
However, those government officials who are not humbling themselves to the
tenets of their public service delivery mandate will be humbled by their
unorthodox, unbecoming and untoward practices.
They will cry that there are people who are bewitching them while they
bewitch themselves by their own malpractices and maladministration.
However, their deeds are tantamount and analogous to calling problems that
are passing by to come to them.
The South African government introduced a new online central registration
process known as Central Supplier Database (CSD).
Nonetheless, most Africans are struggling to register online because of a
plethora of reasons like lack of access to internet, lack of internet knowledge
and lack of computer skills.
The National and Provincial Treasury Offices geared to help with the
registration process are not found in rural and semi-rural areas.
The poor people have to travel long distances to complete the registration
process in Pretoria and other centres.
At times after travelling long distances, they are turned back because the
system is off line.
However, after helping that man with the registration process at the South
African Police Services, we then approached the SAPS in Klipfontein,
Emalahleni, Mpumalanga Province, South Africa for work.
We were sent from pillar to post by Mr Nxumalo, Mrs De Jager and other
colleagues of theirs within the Supply Chain Division.
They malevolently sent us back and forth and we never acquired work or a
mere request for quotation from them.
We dont know maybe we did not talk their language of bribery and extortion
hence they played with us for months.

Moreover, maybe their escapades were a blessing in disguise because

government in South Africa takes months before paying the companies.
They do not care whether you have monthly expenditure like payment of
salaries, rent, telephone bills etc.
At times you ask yourself why you are a South African suffering in your own
country of birth.
The real creator of crime in South Africa is government officials because we
take all reasonable and legal steps to avoid the biological process of hunger,
but they spit in our face.
All that they know is to arrest good citizens who were transformed by them to
be economic criminals.
I reckon all the economic criminals in South Africa and the World who have
proven through history of e mails all the reasonable and legal steps they took
to evade economic crime should not be arrested.
I am not encouraging and condoning acts of criminality, but I am compelling
government and companies to meaningfully create opportunities for our poor
people so that they cannot degenerate into acts of criminality.
Our people should change their economic circumstances by all means
necessary, including but not limited to inventions, marches and revolt.
The banks in South Africa are not helping because they are grandstanding
while the majority of our people are destitute.
They (banks) are not doing anything to transform the past economic
inequalities in South Africa.
They (banks) are quick to finance the applications for car finance by Africans,
but very slow to approve applications for businesses. They insult the
intelligence of African people.
It is imperative that our people should bombard banks and government with
mountains of complaints, direct, telephonic and online.
We cannot jump into higher gear before flooding them with memorandums
and complaints.
In order for government to be able to govern the populace, it should govern

the governmental opportunities accurately, equitably and reasonably.

In case government loses the plot by empowering friends and relatives of
senior government officials there will be crime, revolts and protestations.
The masses are the key shareholders in the affairs of government because they
(populace) pay taxes.
The paid taxes are not an open sesame and carte blanche for government
officials to misappropriate the public purse.
They are meant to be an oiled vehicle to embark upon service delivery of basic
amenities like electricity, water, sanitation, construction of clinics, schools,
parks and other necessary infrastructure.
In delivering the aforesaid basic amenities of service delivery, contractors
would be needed.
This is where unscrupulous government officials illicitly empower their close
friends and relatives to the chagrin of the poor masses.
There should be equal opportunity for all the citizens of the country, because
they pay taxes that lubricate the wheels of service delivery.

However, Section 22 of the Constitution of South Africa

dwells on the following: Freedom of trade, occupation and
profession
Every citizen has the right to choose their trade, occupation or profession freely. The practice
of a trade, occupation or profession may be regulated by law.

This upright and noble clause of the Bill of Rights is stifled by lack of
opportunities to the poor masses. The opportunities are dangled like a carrot
to the impoverished masses.
In the event the senior government officials conduct unorthodox, unbecoming
and untoward practices that would be tantamount to pouring debris into the
wheels of service delivery.
It is obvious and palpable that the vehicles of public service delivery will come
to an abrupt halt.
It is imperative to know that there is an oral partnership agreement between

government and the masses.

The people do their part by paying taxes while government is rendering service
delivery with blemishes like corruption, crony capitalism and nepotism.
This cannot be tolerated and condoned in an open, democratic and
transparent society.
It is crucial for international investors to enter into commercial intercourse
with South African companies that truly comply with Broad Based Black
Economic Empowerment (BBBEE). The BBBEE is architected and engineered to
solve the economic imbalances created by the Machiavellian Apartheid.
There are those companies that defeat the aims and objectives of BBBEE with
malicious apparatus like fronting.
I reckon those malevolent companies should be named and shamed so that
there will be no commercial activity with the guilty companies.
On the flip side of the coin there are those governments, government officials,
state corporations, companies as well as company executives who are
sympathetic to the cause of empowering the weak, and they need to be
applauded.
They work tirelessly, effectively and professionally to make a huge difference
in the communities that we live in.
It is in order to salute and honour the aforementioned people (natural and
juristic) who adhere to the rule of law, corporate governance and communal
development.
In Zulu they say: Sibusisiwe isandla esinikelayo kunaleso esamukelako. It
means the hand that gives is blessed than the one that receives.
The natural and juristic persons that donate to the poor and also sympathetic
to the cause of levelling the economic field will acquire blessings than those
who are stumbling blocks to the upright cause.
The slain Argentine medical doctor, military guerrilla, author, diplomat and
socialist Ernesto Che Guevara silenced those who were opposed to the noble
cause of empowering the masses. .

Indian civil rights leader Mahatma Gandhi employed passive resistance to

advance the human cause.
These are two contrasting routes with almost the same destination, and I
would leave it to the masses as well as their circumstances to decide which
course is opportune.
There should be awards and monetary benefits for the aforesaid noble and
compassionate natural as well as juristic persons.
It is trite that when a wrong has been committed people are quick to vilify, but
in the event good things are done nothing is articulated.
It is the aim and objective of the author that the mind-sets of the general
populace must depart from that malicious mentality. However, it is central that
our mind-sets must be rational, equitable and balanced at all times. The author
or any living person cannot usurp the prerogative of the Almighty of being a
