Projection of Solids

1) A cone of base diameter 60mm and axis length 90mm is resting on the
HP on one of its end generators, the axis of the cone is inclined at 30^
with the VP, and the apex is 20mm away from the VP. Draw the
projections of solid.
2) A square pyramid of 25mm base side and 80mm axis length is resting
on the HP on its base, with the axis inclined at 45^ with HP, and all
sides of the base equally inclined with VP. The nearest corner of the
base is 20mm away from VP. Draw the projections of the pyramid.

3) A hexagonal prism of base 30mm side and axis length 80mm is lying
on the HP on one of its rectangular faces. The axis of the solid is
inclined at 45^ with HP and the base is inclined at 30^ with VP. Draw
the projections of the prism.
4) A cylinder of base diameter 50mm and axis length 90mm is resting on
the HP with the axis making an angle of 30^ with HP and 45^ with VP
and is 40mm away from VP. Draw the projections.

5) A cylinder of base diameter 30mm and axis length 80mm is lying on

the HP with the axis parallel to HP and inclined at 30^ to VP. The solid
is cut by a section plane perpendicular to VP, inclined at 40^ to HP and
passing through the midpoint of the axis. Draw the front view,
sectional top view and true shape of the section.
