Incentive Policy

Objective

This document aims to articulate guidelines around the Incentive policy for marketing team in Pixel
Conception Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Applicable

This policy is applicable to all marketing team members at Pixel Conception Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Targets

All team member will be playing one of the below mentioned role at a time. Please note that your
role and responsilities will be defined and shared with you in writing. In case you have any confusion
about your role please contact BD Manager or HR Department. Your monthly targets will be shared
with you by your Manager.

Role 1) Biding and Client handling


Each Individual has a target of 400 hours per month. Team target will be based on the number of team
members in that team.
Formula to calculate the team target is as follows:
Team Target = 400 * Number of team members in the team.
Example: If there are 2 team member in the team then the team target will be 800 hours.
Role 2) Single Point Of Contact (SPOC)
If the team member has been assigned a role of SPOC then his target will be calculated as per the below
formula.
SPOC Target = 400 * Number of team members in the team
Example: If there are 5 team members in the team then his target will be 2000hrs (5*400=2000).

Role 3) BD Manager
BD Managers target will be calculated as follows
Target= Number of team members who are playing the role 1 (i.e. Biding and client handing)*400
Example: If there are 10 team members in the team who are playing role 1 then the target will be
4000hrs (10*400=4000).
Incentives

Employee will receive (7 %)/3 of the total revenue he or she has generated over and above the target.

1) Illustration for employee playing role 1


Number of team members = 2
Team Target=800 hrs (400*2=800)
Target Achieved by the team = 900 hrs
Then the revenue generated by this team = (Achieved Target) hrs

i.e. (900-800) hrs = 100 hrs

Total Incentive = 7 % revenue generated by 100 hrs


Team Incentive = (7 % revenue generated from 100 hrs)/3

2) Illustration for SPOCs Incentive


Number of members in his team = 5
SPOC Target = 2000 hrs (400*5=2000)
Target Achieved by SPOC = 2100 hrs
Then the revenue generated by his team = (Achieved Target) hrs

i.e. (2100-2000) hrs = 100 hrs

Total Incentive = 7 % revenue generated by 100 hrs


SPOC Incentive = (7 % revenue generated from 100 hrs)/3

3) Illustration for BD Managers Incentive


Number of members in the team who are playing Role 1= 10
BD Managers Target=4000 hrs (400*10=4000)
Target Achieved by BD Manager = 4200 hrs
Then the revenue generated by the team = (Achieved Target) hrs

i.e. (4200-4000) hrs = 200 hrs

Total Incentive = 7 % revenue generated by 200 hrs


BD Managers Incentive = (7 % revenue generated from 200 hrs)/3
Note: Project cannot be less than $9 per hour. In such case that project will not be taken into account
for calculating Incentive.
