Implemented Aggressive planning and purchasing practices to find efficiencies and cost saving
opportunities.
Authored, implemented, and directed the Supplier Certification Program, a yearlong project involving
cross functional departments which resulted in initial cost savings of over $150,000.
Championed and led freight review team, managed inbound shipments, developed freight terms for
suppliers, and ensured policies and procedures strictly followed which resulted in billable savings of
