Hudson was read his rights per Miranda and said he understood his rights and signed the card. While
interviewing Hudson, he admitted to a dating relationship with Moinee Wade for approximately the past year.
Hudson said this was an extra marital affair as he is also currently married and lives with his wife at
In NLV, NV. Hudson confirmed that on Tuesday, October 25, 2016, at approximately 2030 hours,
he picked Moinee up at her residence in his silver, 4 door Jaguar. Hudson said he and Moinee went to a local
strip club where they got into an argument. They left the club in his car but the argument continued, Moinee
got out of his car in an unknown area. When he was unable to locate her. Hudson said they planned on eating
dinner at the Chicago Brew Pub so he drove that way thinking she would show up there. He said he noticed an
indicator light on, indicating he had a low tire. He pulled over and inspected his tires and they appeared to be
in good shape. He said he did not go to the Chicago Brew Pub but instead went home, arriving at
approximately 0015 to 0030 hours.
When asked which strip club they went to, Hudson began to furtively attempt to avoid answering the question
and stated he could not remember. Detectives asked Hudson if he frequents local strip clubs which he said he
did, Hudson said and indicated that he is familiar with different local strip clubs and their names. Hudson said
they only went to one club that night. Hudson said he was not impaired because he was driving. Detectives
asked Hudson if he owned a gun. He said he had owned a 9mm handgun but sold it approximately 11 months
‘ago. Hudson said he could not remember to whom he sold the gun, but that he sold the gun to a guy on the
streets on the Westside. Detectives believe Hudson answered questions related to selling the mm handgun
untruthfully. When Detectives asked Hudson about his phone and if detectives could look at it to confirm texts,
or calls between him and Moinee that night, Hudson said he lost his phone sometime after they left the strip
club, Hudson’s answer seem untruthful. Hudson eventually told detectives his wife, Dori Hudson, owns @ 9mm
handgun. He also told detectives later that day he and his wife went to a gun range (he believes it to be
Discount Firearms on Industrial) where they purchased ammunition and shot handguns, to include his wife's
‘9mm handgun at the indoor range. Hudson said going to the range was his wife's idea.
Hudson agreed to take a polygraph test (CIT). Detective Merrick made arrangements with the Polygraph
examiner, James Wright, who responded, Wright explained to Hudson that if he did not commit the crime he
should take the exam. Hudson looked up at Wright and said “what if I did it.” Hudson spoke with Detective
Jensen and again with Wright and decided not to take the test tonight. Hudson said he might take the test at a
later date.
‘On Friday, October 28, 2016, during the execution of a search warrant at Hudson home, Detective Williams
and CSA McPhail located a 9mm, Glock model 26 bearing serial number MST684.
