TERMS OF REFERENCE
1. BALANGHAI FUN TOURS will provide transportation, accommodation, tour coordinator and
organize all travel itineraries and tour site(s) arrangements. (Please see attached itinerary).
2. Accommodation is on multiple sharing.
3. Breakfast is included in the tour unless otherwise stated in the itinerary. Lunch and Dinner, it will
be on the passengers account.
4. Entrance fees are already included in the tour package.
5. A deposit equivalent to fifty percent (50%) on or before July 15, 2014.
6. Balance of payment (cash basis) must be made on or before August 6, 2014.
7. Cancellation by contracting party less than 15 days prior to the tour will forfeit the deposit.
8. If individuals cancel less than 7 days prior to the tour, they will forfeit their tour fees.
Consideration for a refund can be made in extraordinary circumstances that can be proven.
9. If for any reason the tour is cancelled by BALANGHAI FUN TOURS, a full refund will be made to the
contracting party.
