1. Natoli, Adam, and John Suler. "The Psychologically Beneficial Aspects of

2. The main purpose of this article is to show that photography is beneficial
in therapeutic processes and works well to heal a client by their emotions shown
while given a photo.
3. The content of this article is a project of a University student , but it shows
great information of the process of psychotherapy and phototherapy and also it
briefly explains different techniques on how to use phototherapy on a client and
use their emotions to come to a conclusion.
4. The possible audience is most likely the psychologist and psychology
majors as well as photography majors who are interested in the art of
phototherapy.
5. The information in this article is very relevant to my project and provides
relevant facts and notes.
6. This article was revised by a professional psychologist and psychology
teacher which makes it more reliable.
7. I personally think there is no weak points in this journal. It is very
imformative and well written.

psychology teacher at a university.

gives good explanations and useful notes that i can take while doing the actual
project.
6. There really isnt any special features about this website , just very

7. Weak spots of this specific website is that it is a bit short and doesnt give
long articles. Just short straight to the point articles.

show you techniques on how therapeutic photography will improve someones emotion
or feeling toward someone or something.
3. The content on this websites contains courses and blogs relating to phototherapy
concepts and also briefly list facts and theories on how it is beneficial.
4. Possible audience for this websites might be students studying this concept or
professionals looking for new techniques to use on clients.
5. The information on this website is relevant to my project because it lists blogs and
websites that also talk about this same concept which is very helpful.
6. Special features about this website is that it offers online courses and more
information by linking blogs and such which is rare but helpful.
7. The only downside about this website is that it is not a hundred percent reliable
because it isnt .edu or .gov but personally for me the website looks legit and real and i
would use this to help me with my project.

researching on phototherapy and would like to use this method and would want to know
how this went with other professionals and its effectiveness.
5. The relevance of this information isnt very helpful to my project but it helps me
understand the process through the eyes of professionals.

2. The main purpose of this blog article is to inform the readers about the experiences of
others using phototherapy for themselves and how it truly works for self awareness and
healing.
3. The content on this blog shares experiences of different clients and what photos they
were shown and used to describe themselves and how one photo could signify

something in their life and it also informs the reader of all the benefits of using this
technique.
4. The possible audience for this blog would most likely be professionals, teachers,
students because it is a very popular website and i was aware of this blog before i
started this project.
5. The information given is relevant to my project by which it gives great examples using
the exact photo by which a client explained their feeling toward it and it also gives
multiple facts and useful information about the process.
6. The special features is that the blog contain many psychology related articles by
which it may be useful for me later in the project.
7. The downside is that again it isnt an education website but i know for a fact that it is
a website/blog featured in magazines and also my own psychology teacher uses this
website so i find it very reliable.
