TFO user-plane trace

1. Since FpiF requests an active TFOH (lets call it TFOH-B) in an already seized MFD then the state is
Wakeup. In this state the TFOH-B is waiting for PCM Speech samples that are different from PCM_Idle. As
soon as they are detected the state changes to First_Try and TFOH-B starts sending 3 TFO_FILL and then
TFO_REQ messages.

5. TFOH-A sends TFO_ACK to TFOH-B. Since TFOH-A received a couple of TFO_REQ from TFOH-B its
state has been changed to Contact. Same happens with TFOH-B. Contact means that the TFO-handler
knows there is a distant partner.
