ANALYSIS OF DATA

There were six (6) parts involved in the experiment, and each of them contributed
into understanding the behavior of light as wave and how its reflection when
subjected on plane and spherical mirror performs. In table 1, the laws of reflection
were tested on plane mirror. Based on the results, the angle of reflection measured
and the normal is constantly equivalent to any angle given by the angle of

incidence and the normal. Also, these two rays should lie on the same plane.

CONCLUSION
The results obtained in the following tables above indicated that the experiments
objectives were achieved. We have successfully determined the number of images
formed when two plane mirror were inclined with each other. Also, we have
understood how the concavity of mirrors affected the orientation of an image
formed. And lastly, we were able to comprehend the different behaviors of focal

length depending on the type of mirror used.

Mirrors were quite simple that we dont often wonder how theyre being made.
Probably, its really hard to appreciate things having no idea whats really in them.
Fortunately, this experiment allowed me to vastly comprehend the principles behind
reflection and mirrors, which in reality I consider the most important inventions
being made. From, how we capture (cameras), examine (microscope), and magnify
(telescope). All of the applications stated are dominated by the laws of reflection
and mirrors.
