CEO UPDATE ON ATHI WATER ACTIVITIES
1. The FHRGP Committee had recommended that the Board Evaluation be
undertaken during the present meeting. However, this exercise will not be
held today to allow for further consultations. Management will liaise with
SCAC to provide a facilitator to assist the Board in discussing the Board
Evaluation Report and come up with suitable recommendations.
2. The Parent Ministry has requested AWSB to participate in the Ndakaini
Marathon scheduled for 10th September 2016 as per attached letter. The
management is reviewing the request and will consult further with the
Chairman on the specific role AWSB will play in this event.
3. AWSB has been participating in the Nairobi show for several years. Last Year
AWSB won the trophy for the best stand in the service category. In this year,
AWSB proposes to remodel the stand in order to enhance our visibility. The
Directors are encouraged to schedule time to visit the AWSB stand.
4. Following agreement with the Chairman, the CEO schedules to take a 10 day
leave from Monday 19th September to Friday 30th September 2016, both days
inclusive. A paper will be circulated for change of Bank Signatories during the
period the CEO will be away for approval by circulation.
