Assalamualaikum Wr. Wb . good morning ladies and gentleman, we are from Senior
High school number one kuala tungkal. Let me introduce our team, me as the first
speaker my name is Anisa Rifkia, our second speaker is kevin razmohan akbar, and
the third speaker is Caithlin.
Our motion today is THE POLICEMENT SHOULD WEAR UNIFORMS AFTER WORK, as
an affermative team we absolutelly agree with this motion for the goodness of our
country. The reply speech for the conclution will be give by second speaker, Kevin
Razmohan Akbar.
Argument
Well, the house belive that the policement shold wear uniforms after work. We
absolutelly agree with the motion, because policement is a law enforcement
officers, they have an obligation to combat the criminals. But the public will not
know which police where not if a police isnt in uniform. Policement that wear
uniforms outside the official time will minimize the criminal acts. A criminal will feel
afraid or worried about so many police in the road, walk around with motorcicles or
cars. With the guns and all of the police properties will make the police more easier
to catch them. For example, the condition in traffic light in every intersection in
kuala tungkal, the facts condition in kuala tungkal is big part of the people there
love to break the rules. When there is no police stand up beside the intersection,
there is nothing people will stop and wait when the traffic light is in the red. They
think that they have no reason to stop, because no police and it means no punish
for them, same with helm and safety belt use, the people will not usehelm and
safety belt when they feels no denger for them, and whats the danger? The danger
isnt an incident, but the danger is police. Rules traffic breaker will dangering
another driver and their slef, it can be an incident in the high way if so many people
there not follow the rules. That just an effect for the high way criminals, for the
other criminals like stealer, how can a criminal steal something from a house or a
store if there is so many police there, on the road. In the store or market, if a police
wear the uniforms outside of the official time to work, when they are in the market
or a store they will push the criminals indirect to not do crimes. No police with
uniforms will make so many criminal acts, we can imagine that if a police isnt wear
uniform after work, so the police just wear uniform in the official time to work, we
will find man crime in our place in the same time. Why i can say that? Because
ofcourse a criminal have thinking about the good time to do crime, in the unofficial
time police work. But if policement wear uniform after work, the criminals will have
no choise, but not do the crime.

Well, the house belive that the police should wear uniforms after work. We
absolutelly disagree with that. Because, wear same clothes and uniforms in every
time is a difficult thing, how many thnings that we can do with unimpede? We cant
pray comfortly, is that something uncomfort to wear one and same clothes
everytime? Police shouldnt wear uniforms after work, we know the incident in this
year, so many police got shoots and killed by criminals when they in uniforms. Even
Kapolri appealed to all policement in indonesia to not wear uniform in the official
time to work, to avoid random killer. So, if in the official time or in the work time the
police appealeded to not wear uniforms, moreover in the outside of official time. It
same with killing their self. Wear uniforms after work isnt minimize a crime too, but
maksimize the crimes, the police were killed and shooted with random person.
Imagine how many police will be dead and killed again if their wear uniforms in or
after work, if there is so many police killed, it means will so many crimes comes and
dangering us. Who will safe us from the crimes if too many police were killed? No
one, so pollice will better not wear uniforms after work to safe them live, and it will
save the other live too.

2nd motion : thbt pollice should allow the public own the gun

Argument
The house belive that the police should allow the public to own the gun. We agree
with that motion, the public can own a gun to martial. In decreeof chief police
number 82/II/2004 the public and the goverment can own a gun for martial. But
they need to fill requisite : 1st we need to fill medical and psychological requisite. In
medical we need to have a healthy body, can use a gun, and have a healthy eyes.
2nd we need to have stabil emotional and not easy to angry, we eill undergo
psycological test. 3rd users must be agged 21 until 65 years old. Next we have to fill
administration requisite. After we do so many requisite, we need to know how the
next procedure. 1st procedure is we need to get recomandarion from local police.
2nd after get the recomandatio from local police, we must get way on psychological,
medical and another test. So public and goverment can own the gun, it will not
dangering other people, and it is not a crime. Because we can see that gun users
will be trained by police. The gun that we can own are 2 caliber, 33 caliber, long
barel weopons ruber load firearm or gas with the other types of firearms, with the
other tipes of firearms are revolver, caliber 22/25/32. Shoulder weapons short gun
12mm. And tomartial someone can own firearm type revolver with 32/25/22 caliber.
Or shoulder weapon short gun caliber 12mm, and for the classification is hunter 006
and hunter 007. So we agree that the goverment should allow the public to own the
gun for the martial because not everybody can fight with empty hand, not
everytime we will safe. We take an example, a girl, tenager. How can a girl survive
from a criminal, like a stealer, even raper? Not every girl can fight, so if a girl have a
gun she can survive fron the rape criminals, the criminals must be afraid to losing
their live. not everybody can silat, taekwondo, or another martial sport. So with own
a gun, they can survive from the criminals.

horrible thing. Can you imagine that how many people killed in a day if the
goverment allow the people to own the gun? Allow people to own a gun is like
ushering people lives. Allow the people to own a gun is like destroyed our country
softly. if the goverment allow the public to own the gun we can imagine that whats
our country look like, when we look at right, we will see two boys that each pointing
a gun at each other, we look at left we will se a armed robbery, when we look ahead
and look our feet we almost stepped on the bodies of people who had been shot.
And if we turn around we will see so many crimes, so many dead bodies, so many
criminals. And if that just happen, who is to blame? We cant blame the criminals,
we cant blame the rules. And if that condition is happen, what is our police job?
They have no job, they will finish by lying on the ground with a chest get shot. We
have no law enforcement officers anymore. Like what happen just now, so many
police killed and shooted by unknown person that have a gun. if the goverment
allow the public to own the gun, not just the police will get shoot, but the goverment
too, the president, the regents, governors, and the other officers. Even not just our
goverment, it will killed a good people too, a rich people, poor people, a directure,
ceo, singers, actrees, and actors. Indonesia will only consist of the criminals.
Indonesia just like country without law and punishment, we will have a war if our
country like that. Live just like have no means for the humand in this country if we
get allow own a gun. for what we makes a law and punishment if we allow the
public to own the gun, it just same like we turn on an air conditioner, and we open
all window and all the doors. It is nothing. So we disagree the goverment aloow the
public to own the gun.

3rd motion : the goverment shouldnt allow the vendors (street seller) to run the
bussines on the pavement

The house belive that the goverment shouldnt allow the vendors (street seller) to
run the bussines on the pavement. We agree with that motion, because the vendors
(street seller) that run the bussines on the pavement will annoyed other road users,
pedestrian will lose their place to walk safely. Where the place to their walk safely
anymore? In the middle of the road? Or at the shoulder of the road? It will dangering
their self, it will make an incident on the road. But if there is no vendors at the
pavement, the pedestrian will have a place to walk safely. The vendors makes the
vehicle stalled and disrupt the activities of the street users.
