WATCHERS APPOINTMENT

MAY 9, 2016 NATIONAL AND LOCAL ELECTIONS

I, MAMINTA S. DIMAKUTA, by virtue of the delegated powers in me vested by
the Liberal Party of the Philippines (LP), being its mayoral candidate in the Municipality
of Tagoloan, Lanao del Norte, hereby APPOINTS as my Poll Watcher Mr./Ms.
______________________________________ of Clustered/Grouped Precincts Nos.
___________________________________ for purposes of the Final Testing (FTS) of
the Vote Counting Machine (VCM) on 06 May 2016 and Election Day (ED) on 09 May
2016. Hence, he/she is accorded by law with all the rights and duties of a Poll Watcher
at the precinct level, particularly in the casting and counting of votes, and during the
consolidation and canvassing of votes before the Municipal Board of Canvassers
(MBOC) of Tagoloan.
My authority to appoint carries with it the authority to revoke the said appointment
and replace the appointee with another upon issuance of a new appointment.
Let a copy of this Appointment be furnished/presented to the Chairman of the
indicated Clustered Precinct and/or the officer in-charge of the Reception and Custody
Group (RCG) of the Canvassing Area, subject to the allowance of watchers and
regulation in the entry of individuals by the Chairman of the MBOC.
