Project Description:

A massive shopping and entertainment

complex developed by Associated International Hotels Ltd. This is another important shopping center located in the heart
of Tsim Sha Tsui between Nathan Road and
Peking Road with the challenge of delivery
restriction at Nathan Road. Our delivery and
installation work were only allowed at overnight time because of busy traffic at Nathan
Road. We only used two over nights to finish
all the cooling towers delivery and assembly
work. Factory pre-assembly design is our key
success in this project.

of AT 19-88 single cell hot dipped galvanized

City of Dream, Macau

Project Description:

This is one of the major casino and resort

located in the heart of Cotai, Macau. The
central chiller plant provided 32,000 refrigerant tons for whole development which included 3 hotels, casino, theaters and shopping mall. Since the cooling tower plant
was located closed to a hotel. We offered
32 nos. of super low noise fan in 8 groups
providing 40,000 tons heat rejection. We
finished all installation within 3 months only.

We provided 8 nos. of AT 428-1148 4 cells

hot-dipped galvanized steel construction
with Super Low Noise Fan cooling tower.

The ONE
Project Description:

This is the major shopping mail with 400,000 square feet located at Nathan Road
and the center of Tsim Sha Tsui. The ONE is designed to cater to a diverse and sophisticated tenant mix, presenting an enticing assortment to shoppers in pursuit of
quality of life. In a narrow space, we provided 5,500 heat rejection ton for chiller
plant. Each cooling tower constructed with double cells design to fill the limited
space and height challenge.

The Masterpiece
Project Description:

A high-rise mixed redevelopment with Urban

Redevelopment Authority. It changed from
old district into the modern high-rise commercial building. It contained not only the
shopping mall and hotel, but also with the
apartment and art gallery. All the cooling
towers made by stainless steel 316 in USA.
The total heat rejection capacity reached
5500 ton.

Cityplaza One Office

Project Description:

The skyscrapers located at Cityplaza, one

major icon of residential, commercial and
shopping mall in Hong Kong Island. The office building already operated over 15
years. It is the time to replace the inefficient
old air cooled system into efficient water
cooled system. The challenge of this project
is to locate the cooling towers into the same
footprint and height as old air-cooled chiller.
We employed the Evapco forced draft low
profile type cooling tower to meet it. Our
cooling towers provided full capacity and
not exceed height limit to the building. We
achieved the total heat rejection in 2,000
tons for the chillers.

Project Description:

This is the 1.37 million square-feet Grade A

office with 35,000 square feet landscaped
garden designed by award-winning US architecture firm Arquitectonica. With the
Evapco counter flow induced draft design,
the optimum size of cooling towers fulfilled
the total 6,600 heat rejection tons the chiller
plant. It combined different size of cooling
towers to meet the challenge of elliptic plant
area and heat rejection requirement.

Project Description:

This is the ex-East Asia Bank building at

the Hennessy road Wan Chai. The building was retrofitted and designed in using
water cooled VRV system. With Evapco
designed closed circuit loop condensing
water cooling tower, it provided clean
and low temperature condensing water to
the VRV condenser for heat rejection. The
benefit of closed loop type can eliminate
the dust and dirt from the air go into the
water. The polluted water caused the water-cooled VRV condenser clog and malfunction. Hence, the maximum efficiency
of water-cooled VRV can be performed.

We provided 1 no. of ATW 102-5L and 1 no.

of ATW 204-5L in stainless steel 304 water

The United Christian Hospital

Project Description:

This is the major hospital in Kowloon East

Cluster. Since residential estate is close
to the hospital, the consultant employed
forced draft design to overcome the intake
and discharge duct silencer pressure drop.
Moreover, the closed typed cooling tower
design can provide a certain heat rejection
once the hospital is out of city water. It works
as air cooled condenser in case no city water supply. Such heat rejection can maintain
the emergency heat rejection for the chillers
in hospital. On one hand, the hospital can
enjoy the high efficiency from water cooled
system most of the time. On the other hand,
the closed type cooling tower can keep the
emergency chiller function in case out of
city water.

NT South Police HQ, Tusen Wan

Project Description:

This is our first model of cooling towers that meet

with all the requirements from the code of practice for water-cooled air conditioning systems
in Hong Kong. We demonstrated the cooling
tower in low drift rate (0.001%), tight inlet louver design (no sunlight goes into the tower and
water splash out) and easy maintenance with
belt driven design. Our stainless steel 316 casing material design demonstrating the market
a cooling tower with rigid and easy to clean
concept.

We provided 4 nos. AT 112-518 stainless steel 316

construction induced draft cooling tower. This is
also the first lot of cooling towers using stainless
steel 316 that made in PRC.

Project Description:

This is a special project that the cooling towers

were totally enclosed in a building. The cooling
tower shall overcome the pressure drop from
intake small opening louver and discharge
duct work. The Evapco centrifugal fan forced
draft type cooling tower providing sufficient
static pressure for this project. It demonstrated
the ability of forced draft cooling tower that
the induced draft cannot perform.

Project Description:

Hong Kong Government had the role in promoting and leading the energy saving. Evapco provided an evaporative condenser which
removes all the heat from ice making chiller directly. Ice making chiller made the ice at night
time. Ice melted and helped to provide chilled
water at daytime. The ice transfers the heat
load from daytime to night time, hence to reduce the size of chiller to overcome the peak
heat load. If the electric fee is low at night time,
the high electric fee charge at daytime can
be shifted to the night time through the ice.
The Evapco evaporative condenser cooled
down the chiller refrigerant directly, hence
provided maximum efficiency to the chiller.

ST. Teresa Hospital

Project Description:

This is a famous Catholic private hospital located at Kowloon City over 60 years. There are
some residential apartments around the hospital. Sound is the next concern other than the
heat rejection for chillers. We selected a low
speed cooling tower that provided the satisfaction acoustic performance in full operation
at night time. We concern not only the energy
saving in using water cooled system as environmental protection, but also concern the sound
effect.
