Position: HR Business Partner

An exciting leading role for aligning HR activities with business objectives through strategic & hands
on involvements. Challenging job to develop integrated HR solutions with compliance to ERP
software.
General Job Goals:
To achieve overall business goals through devising HR policies, maintaining good stakeholder
relationship, acting as change agent and anticipating HR related needs.
Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible to provide a full spectrum HR support to organization in executing people


initiatives, driving HR functional excellence through process improvements and providing
internal & external customer support.

Responsible to update HR policy manual through ensuring compliance with current HR trends
and employment laws that all policies & procedures are regular reviewed and updated.

Responsible to work at an operational level with external stakeholders from corporate sector
and academia to build a liaison in concern of key business objective's completion, research
promotion and employer's branding.

Act as lead in all core areas of HR including Recruitment, Performance Management,


Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, Training & Development and Organizational
Development.

Responsible to update organization's website content related to different programs, events,


activities, publications and announcements.

Able to monitor and track productivity level across the functions and formulate the strategies
accordingly.

Serve as a consultant to management in HR related matters.

Must be enthusiastic team player and passionate for providing innovative HR solutions.

Must posses excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

Should be able to interface at all levels of organizational authorities.

Result orientated personality with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Eager to achieve excellence through maintaining good work ethics.

Must be detail oriented and maintain accuracy of deliverable

Ability to maintain secrecy of business matters

Qualification & Experience:

3-5 years of experience in HR functions with at least 2 years working at same capacity

Bachelors/ Masters degree in Business Administration (HR) from reputable Institute

Must have background of O-Level/ A Level

Excellent standard of written and verbal communication
