General Job Goals:
To achieve overall business goals through devising HR policies, maintaining good stakeholder
relationship, acting as change agent and anticipating HR related needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible to update HR policy manual through ensuring compliance with current HR trends
and employment laws that all policies & procedures are regular reviewed and updated.
Responsible to work at an operational level with external stakeholders from corporate sector
and academia to build a liaison in concern of key business objective's completion, research
promotion and employer's branding.
Able to monitor and track productivity level across the functions and formulate the strategies
accordingly.
Person Specifications:
Must be enthusiastic team player and passionate for providing innovative HR solutions.
3-5 years of experience in HR functions with at least 2 years working at same capacity
