Through this article, I had learned the
meaning for business communication. I had comprehended that the important of business communication skills and that need to include them in the business curriculum. I also had realized that the oral communication was one of the top three competencies needed to succeed in a managerial position. Through this article, I revealed that business skills most sought from employees should be defined by communication skills fall in to three basic categories are organizational communication skills, leadership communication skills and interpersonal communication skills. I also comprehend that the definitions of each skill and the usage of skills as presented in the article. Furthermore, the communication skills will give advantages to individuals and lead to more effective business processes and ultimately performance. Through this article, I also know that the communication skills also useful with any kind of business communication context. Beside that, the preponderance of literature investigated make known that all of these skills are, in fact, teachable and learnable. Otherwise, communication skills cant be taught within a classroom or organizational training environment. In additional, I also had realized that employers in all occupational fields place greater value on employees communication skill than they technical skills through this article.
