Des McGonigle from Clonmany and amonn

Dochartaigh from Strabane came together
by chance in 2015 and formed The Whiskey
Preachers, Two Naturally talented and
technical multi-instrumentalists they bring a
high energy performance to the stage with
trad and folk mixed with waterboys,
sawdoctors, thin lizzy, mumford and sons
with a touch of horslips.

Sean Thomas Gallagher is a multi-instrumental

musician, writer and painter from Donegal,
currently based in Connemara. His music is very
diverse and drawn from a wide spectrum of
influences. Having been steeped in the music
industry since childhood, he has been a part of
numerous different outfits; from country to hardrock; pop to indie; traditional Irish to jazz;
alternative rock to folk. As a cover artist this
means that Sean can play a 2 to 3 hour set to

Nollaig na mBan or Womens Little Christmas
Womens Little Christmas, a day when Irish women are traditionally
spoiled by the men in their lives.

Known in Irish as Nollaig na mBan, it is celebrated on the twelfth and

last day of Christmas, coinciding with the feast of the Epiphany, January 6th.

McGivern Band.
The Barry McGivern Band has been playing
Rorys music the length and breadth of
Ireland, featuring at the Rory Gallagher
Festival in Ballyshannon and at the Belfast
City Blues Festival.
The Band plays an average of 30 Rory Tribute
gigs a year and with 10 years on the road the
Band delivers an authentic Rory Gallagher
performance that belies their hero Rorys
passion, energy, guitar technique and pedal
to the metal performances.
Featuring songs from the Taste era right
through to Rorys final line up, the Band
covers the full spectrum of Rorys music.
Not many guitar players get this close to what
Rory was doing but Barry McGivern delivers
the goods every time.
