Old Behavior- Describes learner capability Condition- Equipment or tools that may (or may not) be utilized in completion of the behavior. Degree- States the standard for acceptable performance (time, accuracy, proportion, quality, etc) An explanation of whether the objectives use project-based learning, collaborative learning, or encourage critical thinking skills, and why? A Project-based learning will help students apply what they learn and develop curriculum while working in small groups. Instructional Strategies- Training classes are both in classroom and accelerated

How my plan will be Implemented -is that
my goal is to implement a strategy to fulfil the objectives and goals in the motivational training course. Communication Plan- Developing a communication plan can help my motivational training course this will help focus on the message the instructor is trying to relate to the students and reach the target audience, this plan can also influence an approach to ensure systematic information. How I will build interest and commitment- As an instructor I think its important to build a relationship between the instructor and the learner. The instructional plan will keep the learners interested in the course and the educator will make sure the students will focus and stay committed to this course. How I will select my participants- I as the educator do not choose the participants, the participants in which is the learners choose to want to learn motivational training especially to those returning adult learners who are trying to get their motivation by learning techniques and tools, to be focused and stay
motivated, only rule is there must be a
minimum of 6 participants. Formative assessments for the course or training- As an educator my formative assessment which is to evaluate students learning progress and the achievements on what they have learned through the course of training where they complete their goal of learning the motivational training course. Phase IV Are the goals, objectives, and overall outcomes of the course or training session met- Once this course is completed and the criteria is met in all areas of the guidelines are met the student will than be given a certificate for completing the motivational training class. Evaluation Instruments- As an educator getting feedback from each individual student will help to improve the course for future class trainings so each so student will privately submit a form to the instructor and after course has completed all feedback and evaluations of the class and instructor will be submitted to the director for review for a successful outcome for the future.
An evaluation overview of how that
information could be used for future decisions regarding the efficacy and additional offerings of the course or training session. This instructional plan was a formative and summative to fulfill their goals and objectives it also allows the instructor to receive feedback from the students to improve the course for future courses.
