School Division Superintendent
Dear Madame:

Greetings of Peace!
This letter is to inform you that I have submitted an application for a teaching position in Senior
High School (Grades 11-12) for the S.Y. 2017-2018. I am Ryan A. Andrade, currently
teaching at Gov. Felicisimo T. San Luis Memorial National High School with Teacher I
position handling English and Filipino Subjects in Grade 10. I am a 2002 graduate of Laguna
State Polytechnic University at Santa Cruz, Laguna with a Degree of Secondary Education major
in English and have taught in numerous public schools.

One of my greatest strengths as an educator is meeting each students unique needs by

developing a personal understanding of each one of them. I achieve this by seeing and assessing
the students as individuals, and tailoring lesson plans to accommodate multiple intelligences.
Furthermore, my goal is to increase student motivation, awareness, and understanding of the
lessons while implementing interdisciplinary based lesson.

The enclosed documents will highlight my career accomplishment and showcase my dedication
to education. Over the past nine years in Private and Public Schools, I have had the wonderful
opportunity to instruct a diverse group of high school students, and a result, I have developed
highly teaching techniques and instructional methods, which have allowed me to educate all
types of learners.

In line with this, I strongly believe that I am capable to teach subjects under the Academic
Track specifically in the General Academic Strand (GAS) in any of the school I will be
assigned within Sta. Cruz since I am a bona fide resident of Sta. Cruz.

In closing with this, I welcome the opportunity to meet you to discuss how my depth experience
and unique skills that would benefit your academic program. Thank you for your time and
consideration, and I am looking forward to hear from you soon.

Sincerely yours,

RYAN A. ANDRADE
