1) Rentfusion will ship you one (1) Free Apple iPad 16GB Wi-Fi Model upon payment in full on invoice of a qualified rental contract with
equipment rental charge of $20K or more / ship you one (1) Free Apple iPad 64GB Wi-Fi + 3G Model upon payment in full on invoice of a
qualified rental contract with equipment rental charge of $40K or more; excluding charges for consumables, taxes, shipping, delivery, setup,
technical labor, union charges or any other incidental charges. Allow up to 30 days after Rental Invoice is paid to ship your Free iPad.

2) The qualified rental contract must be for a single term and up to One Month (30 day) Rental period. For example, a Rental Contract with the
rental term per day, per week, per month or per a single event of 30 days or less rental period. Contracts with Renewal Terms or Multiple
Event Rental contracts with combined totals of $20K or $40K in rental charges will not be considered as a qualified contract. Contracts with
Rental Period of more than 30 days totaling $20K or $40K in rental charges will not be considered as a qualified contract.

3) This offer cannot be combined with any other offer and excludes sub-rental contracts, contracts with any credit memos issued against them for
any reason or any other discounted rate contracts.

4) This offer is limited to one per qualified rental contract and one per 30 days per customer. This offer is not valid to any customer with
outstanding past due invoices on any other contracts with Rentfusion. The offer may not be transferable, may not be exchanged for discount
and has no cash value.

5) Unless terminated by Rentfusion for any reason, this offer is valid for qualified rental contracts signed between May 15 2010 and September

25 2010. The Rental period must start and finish between the dates May 15 and September 30 , 2010.

6) To claim your iPad, this form must be filled and emailed or faxed to your sales representative along-with signed Rentfusion Quote &
Agreement form. You must ensure that you receive this form back countersigned by your Rentfusion Sales representative with QRC Approval
Number and retain it for your records.
