The Master's degree programme in Physiotherapy is an extra-occupational course with a duration of

An additional CHF 600.00 - 800.00 will probably be required to purchase specialist literature and
software. The amount may vary from student to student, depending on how many books are needed
and which software is relevant to the degree programme. All of the literature on the mandatory
reading lists is also available from the library.
The SPSS software is an absolute requirement during the degree programme. The software can be
purchased at a discount though BFH. The annual licence costs are approximately 100.00 (see cost
breakdown above). Please contact the study course office for more information.
A personal computer (ideally a laptop) with an independent, high capacity internet connection is
required. The degree programme is structured so that students may view the curriculum, lesson
documents and basic information on each module on the Moodle internet platform. Communication
will be mainly effected through Moodle.
Although costs are estimated, experience shows that these are likely to be accurate, Depending on
where they live, students may also have to pay for external residential facilities or train tickets during
the degree programme and internship (transfer modules).
