organs.Thisphenomenonisknownasmetamerismandthesegmentedbodypatternisknownas

Insomeanimalsduringembryonicdevelopment,amesodermallyderivedrodlikestructureis
formedonthedorsalside,thisisknownasnotochord.Animalswithnotochordareknownas
