Backorders

Maintaining AU NZ backorders on daily basis.

Continuous chasing with Planning has supported in reducing backorder

numbers.

In NZ, continuous follow up reduced backorder upto 2 lines.

Long pending part 0090027144 finally received in NZ stock after continuous

chase. Enough stock available now to support field requirement.

Long pending parts 4450730244, 4450738760, 4450730243 were drop ship

directly from the supplier to New Zealand. Suppliers earlier dues cleared
now.

Metro service has improved shed delivered. Shed deliveries happening much
earlier and reliability has increased. Also Saturday shed delivery has
decreased number of PC1s.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

Co-ordinating with NGBN project. Releasing regular Pick Modules and Hawk
Presenters to Project Team for upgrade. Once upgraded will be received in
stock against the newly created parts numbers to support the project.

CHALLENGES

Facing challenges due to no agreed process for NGBN upgraded Pick

Modules / Presenters. Recent confirmation received that ARC will be doing the
upgrade. Need further clarity in order to confirm ETA if goes on backorder.

In AU, areas like North Geelong, East Bendigo, Taree, Tuggerah, Lismore, etc.
having revised ETA all the time. Need visibility on Toll website to confirm
exact status of the shipments. No progress in current situation. Rico should
engage Toll higher management to resolve this.

Need to have Metro service in Brisbane and Perth as well in order to improve
ETA and reliability on shed deliveries to QLD, WA locations.
