POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

BEFORE THE CONFERENCE

1. Please register and complete the payment on our website :
http://conference.ui.ac.id/icgh/icgh2016/schedConf/registration

(Early

Bird rate until October 17th, 2016)

2. Please note that only presenters who have registered and did the
payment who will be listed on the Conference Program Book and
Abstract Book.
3. If

any

revision

of

Abstract

please

submit

to

http://icgh.ui.ac.id/abstract-upload/ before October 14th, 2016.

4. Please submit your fullpaper/ manuscript before October 28th,
2016 (Selected paper will be published in reputable International
Journal/ Conference Proceeding)
5. The official language of the conference is ENGLISH
6. Prepare your POSTER according to the following size: 100 cm height x
80 cm width
7. The Poster content may include: Introduction, Objectives, Material &
Methods, Results, Conclusion or other format according to the nature of
your presentation.
8. Details on poster presentation schedule will be published on our
website by October 22th, 2016.
DURING THE CONFERENCE
1. Presenting authors are required to set up their materials at designated

hours according the schedules.

2. The staff will be in service to assist on poster mounting. Adhesive tape

will be provided on site. No paste, glue, thumbtacks or staples are

permitted.
3. Authors who wish to keep their posters should remove them after the
presentation.
