History
Congrande Furniture has been in the furniture business since 1980s. Mr. Cleto
Guaves, father of Ms. Evangelyn Guaves , one of the partner of Congrande Furniture
had been in this industry for a long time, owning and the manager of the well-known
Guaves Furniture in Naga City several years ago. But due to some financial contraints
happened in their business, Guaves Furniture closed its doors and remained silent until
the older brother of Mr. Cleto Guaves, Jose Guaves, rebuild and undertake the
management of Guaves Furniture under new management.

July 2012, Congrande Furniture opened to the public for customized furniture
designs, order-to-be-made for Bicolanos and the rest of the world. Under the new
management, Maricon Deres and Evangelyn Guaves and guidance of Mr. Cleto Guaves.
Mission:
Congrande Furniture strives for design excellence in all its furniture and aims to
continuously introduce exciting collections of individual customized products. We aim

to employ highly skilled committed and motivated people with a passion for wood
furniture and an ability to interpret and satisfy our customers .
Vision:
At Congrande we believe the design and manufacture of truly original, high-quality
furniture is the result if passion, care, design integrity, experience craftsmanship and
unfaltering dedication to quality. This commitment could not be realized without fully
integrating the design and manufacturing processes. At our workshops, we start the
process with trees and finish with beautifully crafted wood furniture.

The Office Manager is responsible organizing and coordinating office
operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational
effectiveness and efficiency.

Secretary:

The secretary reports to the managers and is responsible for


providing office management services. This includes maintaining
office services and efficiency, bookkeeping and maintaining office

records.

high-grade furniture to specified color or finish.
