Previously Learned Skills: Health and Fitness Stations (Dynamic, Bodyweight, Balance)
Psychomotor (P): Students will be able to complete each drill and or station at a 80% success rate, in
demonstrating the cues of the skills.
Cognitive (C): Students will be able to recite to myself and another classmate fun facts that are distributed
among the field.
H-R Fitness (H): Students will be able to reach at least 80% MVPA in duration of the class, going towards
the recommended amount of physical activity a week.
Demonstrate the motor skills and movement patterns needed to perform a variety of physical
activities.
Demonstrate knowledge of movement concepts, principles and strategies that apply to the learning
and performance of physical activities.
Assess and maintain a level of physical fitness to improve health and performance.

I will have a giant pair of dice, where students will have a designated number to perform each stretch. One
student will roll the dice, while another student will pick a stretch out of the hat. Stretches include:
Jumping Jacks
Squats
Tip Toes
Toe Touches
Push Ups
Squat Jumps
Arm Circles (Front)
Arm Circles (Back)

Students will spread out lined up facing me (on their polyspots).
