Chew 10 Basil leaves with 2 gm of Ginger + Coconut Water (1)-

Take atleast 10 mins to drink it.

Any three fruit out of all these according to your choice or you can change

2) Breakfast: the combinations on alternate days : Apple, Anar, Guava, Pear, Papaya

3) Lunch: Standard Indian lunch (Chapati/ Dal/ Vegetable )
